Samsung Top Control Smart Dishwasher w/ AquaBlast Very quiet. Cleans well. when the upper arm stays in place. However, like many other reviewers noted, the upper arm keeps falling off. It will not clean properly if the arm falls off. I have not found a resolution. If I do, I will probably upgrade to 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] needed a new dishwasher and i love Samsung products. I'm a little disappointed as the parts seem to be cheaply made. Several of the plastic parts have come off as well as the rinse bar on the bottom. had to have a tech come and put it back on. I like the fact that it plays a tune when done and i can check it on line as it is WIFI capable. Doesn't always clean as well as i would like.

I now own two of the exact same model and have recommended this model to both family and friends, everyone is very impressed. It is so quiet and cleans 100% all of the time - I highly recommend this dishwasher!

i ordered this dishwasher and during delivery, it came broken and i had it hauled away for a replacement, only for the new replacement to also come damaged! both times i had to call samsung support to resolve this issue and a small problem was dragged out for weeks, inconveniencing my family. we are still waiting for the 3rd replacement hoping we get the product we've been waiting for. this isn't the first time samsung support has failed us, i ordered a microwave from them a while back and it also came a missing part which took weeks and many phone calls, only for them to send me the wrong part. i ended up buying the part out of pocket on amazon.

first thing i noticed, i could not put my glasses in with the second rack in highest position without it hitting third rack and knocking glasses over and not closing all the way. if i put second rack in lower position then i can’t put my 11” inch plates in bottom rack without the water sprayer hitting plates. i ended up taking the top rack out in order to fit my glasses and plates. i have not used it enough to review the performace for cleaning dishes yet.

Bought/installed this dishwasher March 2023. Everything was great until a few weeks ago and the dubious “LC” error code appeared. Troubleshooting hasn’t helped the situation. Now back to handwashing until the issue is resolved. Like others, wishing I had gone with another brand.

Technicians from a company called RXO were sent to install it. When they left, it displayed the status code 4C every time, which it has done every time since. The technician knew it displayed the code every time, and that the dishwasher did not work, but he left anyway. 3 weeks later, after I persistently bothered them, they sent another crew who...also said they couldn't fix it. Don't buy this or any other dishwasher from Sam's.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher. It's quiet as ever and I no longer have to turn up the tv when I'm using it. Plus it's a smart machine so if I'm upstairs or even away from home I can start the dishwasher using one of my smartphones. Notifications are nice as well. My only issue is that it doesn't allow for hot dry. I'm okay with the unit opening an inch once the cycle is complete but I would love to have hot dry as an option. I love the dishwasher and won't be replacing it because it doesn't have the feature. Best dishwasher I have ever had yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Opted for what was supposed to be the most powerful for cleaning and my dishes are still dirty after washing them! I do not use cheap washing detergent and I have changed types to see if that was the cause. I regret spending the extra money on what was supposed to be the best one.
