[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an old tired model with this new Samsung Linear wash dishwasher and I couldn't be happier. It is easy to load, the drawers slide effortlessly and it holds an astonishing amount of dishes. I can put my largest pots, pans and plates in the bottom with room for smaller items in the two upper trays. It is cavernous! Dishes always come out spotlessly clean and the auto-open feature helps with drying to avoid water spots on our glassware. it even plays a nice song when it is finished. As for looks, it fits wonderfully into our kitchen style and gives a modern refresh to our replaced unit. I can't recommend it any more highly

really do like this unit--very modern and easy to clean exterior. cleans well and i love how quiet it is--even quieter than my old kitchenaid. the extra tray inside is great for the little things--knives, etc. my only complaint is the "power bar" in the bottom of the unit. ours comes off the drive constantly and i think that our cleaning experience would greatly improve if that were to work as it should. (repair is pending.)

you want to ruin your life? buy this dishwasher. installation with the rxo is 100% garbage. their e-commerce is useless and samsung quick service is worthless. save your energy. this product was replaced once and new unit is still leaking. quick service was a no show and didn’t even inform me. save yourself. run for the hills. avoid the water damage to your house that they could careless about.

Love how clean everything comes out and when dishes are done the door opens to let steam out and dry quicker. Also you know the dishes are clean when the door is open. We leave it open until someone empties it. If it’s not running and door is closed we know it’s dirty. Notifies our phone and tv when it’s done.

This terrible washer came with a home I purchased. After thinking it was my imagination or that I was not pre-soaking/pre-cleaning well enough, I did a test - I put Yogurt in a glass on the second rack, yogurt in a bowl on the first rack. After running on normal/sanitize settings, the yogurt was virtually untouched. I then sprayed the yogurt out with my sink sprayer in a matter of seconds. Really not sure what this machine is doing when I hear water sloshing around for 3 hours - its definitely not cleaning.

I really like all the features that Samsung put into this whisper quiet dishwasher. I like that you can lay down portions of the lower racks to accommodate big pots or appliances. It is handy having both the silverware basket and upper tray as I tend to use that more for lids and the basket for silverware. Great to have the length of time on the cycle displayed both on the top panel and the front facing -no chance of opening while it's still mid-cycle (it's THAT quiet!). I also appreciate the venting feature as it makes it easier to unload the dishwasher quickly since the items have had a chance to cool down.

I like the flexibility of the racks (thought the layout of the third rack isn’t my favorite) and I love how clean my dishes get! Though we can’t run it late in the evening because they dog barks at the drying release! The installation was on time and nice people, but the dishwasher is not level, not square, a screw already fell out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Samsung Dishwasher is beyond awesome. It has a sleek design so it looks great and it is as quiet as a whisper so it sounds great too. The overall design is one that is built to last with a stainless steel tub. It has more jets which equals more cleaning power, and there is a third rack for sliverware which I find very convenient. The second rack is adjustable which is completely necessary when entertaining because when adjusted into the down position you can fit cutting boards and serving platters. Unlike other dishwashers, the buttons are super sensitive so I don't find myself jamming them down or pressing extra hard to operate the machine. I cannot say enough about this dishwasher. We replaced another dishwasher that was a little over a year old which is living large for us and I cannot say I am regretting our decision one bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is amazingly quiet. We had family over one night and they did not believe us when we told them it was running. My son can finally do his homework at the counter near the kitchen without being disturbed while the dishwasher is running. I also love that the dishwasher pops open when the cycle is complete. This is the best thing since sliced bread! We can run it before bed, leaving for work, or even leaving for a vacation and when we get back dishes are completely dry and ready to put away. The third rack has taken a bit of practice on how to best line utensils up to ensure everything gets clean. And we’ve had to adjust the middle rack as far up as possible to leave enough room on the bottom rack for our plates to fit vertically. Which was surprising since our dishes I thought are a standard size. And that’s left the middle rack without much vertical space so several of our stemmed wine glasses or larger insulated tumblers must be placed at an angle. But we haven’t had any issues with our dishes getting cleaned (other than the first few washes and getting familiar with the new top rack). Overall, this dishwasher has met my expectations and I’ve been happy with the purchase.
