i was so happy to purchase this to find out when it got delivered to my door. i opened the package and was unwrapping the tape and plastic and then i opened the dishwasher and the 2nd middle rack was leaning on rh side and there was a white piece as shown in picture that was laying on the bottom surface. so its not attached to the rh side on the track,on the a surface of dishwasher . who ever maufactured these appliances,are not checking them before and after they are made they need a quality control and who ever is delivering it is driving reckless and damaging the products . i wouldnt reccommend this to anyone. waste of time and money spent. this is a wrong way to do buisness and you will be hearing from bbb soon.

We paid a little more because it was supposed to be one of the lowest noise decibels available and our kitchen is next to the family room. It is so quiet, that you really have to listen to see if it is running. Even a year later---so quiet. It doesn't really heat the dishes dry, just opens the door for air drying which works ok for glass items...not so great on plastic

Then I learn there importance of a rinse aid. I didn't take me long and once I did.. I have nothing but love for it. Its extremely quiet. I can stand right next to it & barely hear it. The only thing I hear end standing that close is when the water drains. I would recommend this one to anyone who may be overwhelmed by researching & trying to find one you can trust. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew I was going to love my new Samsung dishwasher, I have many other Samsung products that are top of the line. This dishwasher is so quiet, I didn't even realize it was running until it played a tune and popped up on my TV that it was done. I have it connected to WiFi and I thought that was pretty cool. The dishes are noticeably cleaner than from my old dishwasher. It's stainless inside which I can see is more sanitary. There is a 3rd rack on the top for small items, genius! There are a handful of washing cycles as well as a 60 minute option for a quick wash. I like the linear wash system which cleans items much better. There are top controls which are hidden from little hands. I have a 3 year old who touches everything! Also the black stainless doesn't show fingerprints, again I have a 3 year old.......I am very happy with my new Samsung dishwasher and I highly recommend it if your in the market for a quality product.

installed a few days ago and already tested it pretty hard. love the booster mode, there was a mess after air fry and this dishwasher worked at a+, i used the low left part booster mode and the metal rack came out very clean. the capacity is more than required for an average family. wifi feature tell you exactly what it is doing and when it finish. looks and works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher does a good job getting dishes clean, and is shockingly quiet. Only sound we ever notice anymore is the draining water. :) Pop open to air dry usually does an adequate job, wish there were a better solution. Overall, very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to wait sometime for shipping of the dishwasher, but it was worth the wait. Cleans great and like the fan drying that saves energy. It is so quite we have to double check to make sure it is running. Looks sleek and fits under the counter beautifully.

It has brought two years of frustration and disappointment. Biggest disclaimer right off the bat: You cannot effectively wash large dishes or pans. They will not fit in the washer regularly (in vertically) without knocking off the center sprayer. I've tried with the center rack at the highest position, it still doesn't fit anything. Instead, you need to lean them awkwardly, making it so you can only wash one large pot or pan max per load and it severely limits what else can fit. The main culprit is the third rack. The marketing worked on us, but that stupid third rack only makes the entire thing useless. Due to the center racking adjustment gimmick, the center sprayer is dynamic and attaches to the rack with two snap clips that constantly detach, causing the dishes to not get clean and requiring you to reattach each run. The cleaning quality is meh, the dishwasher is quiet, but it's deficiencies are so loud that you will find yourself screaming at it and cursing it's name. I wish we never got rid of our KitchenAid because it cleaned a bit better, wasn't much louder, and fit all of our large dishes no problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dishwasher is good. I have a few dislikes about it, but for the most parts it's great. The biggest part I hate is how hard it is to understand. It also takes a long time to do cycles, so if this is something you need to do fast washes, you would need something else. I have five kids and I am consistently on the go. I would prefer the dishwasher to be faster HOWEVER, the amount of money this has saved on my electric bill is insane!!! My electric bill was cut by HALF just from switching the dishwasher and the fridge to samsung products. That alone is why I gave an extra star. Overall, it's really a three star rating but the energy saver that it applies makes it a four star perspective.
