[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be the most quiet dishwasher ever made! I couldn't believe that I couldn't hear a thing while I was standing right in front of it. I no longer have to wait to run the dishwasher right before I turn in for the night. I can run it at anytime and not have to worry about the noise being a disruption. Another great feature is having the 3 racks. I've never been able to put larger utensils in their own space where they can be spread out to get as clean as possible without impeding on the space for other items that need to go in the top rack. I really like having the ability to "customize" cycles so that it cleans specifically for the load that I have in there. This dishwasher looks great and cleans dishes even better! Gives a whole new meaning to beautiful on the inside and out! So happy that we chose this dishwasher!

Other features we like are the AutoRelease Door for drying, flexible 3rd Rack, and Wi-Fi connectivity. It is worth the extra cost based on our experience with another model from Samsung.

in 2018, we remodeled our kitchen/laundry. we bought all samsung appliances. we were pleased with the features, but the quality, warranty, and repair process has been horrible. within 6 months, our dishwasher broke. after multiple expense appointments, samsung said the tub cracked, they blamed the retailer, and the retailer accused samsung. no one helped us, and we had to purchase a new one. next, our wash machine stopped working and the quote to fix it cost more than a new one. again, bought a new one. on christmas eve 2020, our oven wouldn't heat. it took a week to have our 1st appointment. it's jan. 28, and we're on our 4th appointment, and it's still broken. 1/23/21 our refrigerator/freezer completely stopped working – still waiting for an appointment. don’t purchase samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this dishwasher for many months now and have a good feel of its plusses and minuses. Two biggest plusses are it does a great job of cleaning dishes and it is very quiet. No more having to remember to run it before going to bed. The black stainless is also very sharp. My negatives are: 1) the prongs - not well laid out for deeper bowls. And if you have larger dinner plates you have to remove the top-most rack and raise the middle rack to avoid interference. 2) the leak sensor - we spilled a large amount of water on the counter above the dishwasher and it ran under the counter and around the dishwasher setting off the leak sensor. The sensor is only accessible from underneath the unit and the only way to clear the error code was to pull the dishwasher out from the counter, tip it, dry things off, and reinstall. This is where something is "too smart" for it's own good.

I was a little skeptical at first due to some of the reviews I had read regarding this dishwasher, but I'm so glad we chose to upgrade our dishwasher. The very first cycle, I actually had to put my ear up to the dishwasher to make sure it was working as it so much quieter than our previous dishwasher! We used to have to cut the TV up when our old dishwasher was running due to the noise when it was running. The Samsung dishwasher is so sleek and modern looking and I love that it can be connected via WiFi and I can actually control it from anywhere and it alerts me when the cycle is complete. So far I only have great things to say about this particular model. I've also noticed this model has a lot more room than my old model and it's great having the top shelf for large size spoons, knives, utensils, etc. It's great to finally have a dishwasher that does what it's meant to do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dishwasher with loads of features and modular racks. The wash cycle is whisper quiet and I love the auto door open feature at the wash. The wifi feature is stable and hooks up seamlessly, but for me, it’s more of a gimmick than an actual feature I would use. Dishes come out clean and it’s quiet. What more could you ask for?

Please stay away. I want to make this review as useful as possible. in the past few years, I replaced my dishwasher twice, from an old GE to a new GE, which broke after a year (my fault), to this model of Samsung linear dishwasher. What amazes me about this model is how BAD is it. 😡This item CANNOT dry dishes. 1️⃣ it doesn't have hot air, which is a must, I know it now after using GE appliances. but that's ok, maybe if we have a fan? 2️⃣ It has a fan that can ONLY operate for 10 minutes. What? no option to run it longer?! Everything comes out wet, on the sides on the top. I had a tech check it, and they said that it could be low hot water temperature in our pipes, which we checked and we have an adequate temperature, so tech left without doing anything. 😡Dishes consistently come out dirty, I tried longer cycles, different soap, lighter loads... pre-washing dishes by hand... Something about the linear system is not working. Disclaimer, I'm not saying it doesn't clean, it does. But in each load there will be a few bowls that didn't clean, maybe a chunk of food stuck on the wall, red food coloring, and before you say that this is probably something really hard to get rid of. No, with dish soap and sponge, i can finish the job in just a few swipes... ⁉️I'm amazed how well-ranked this item is: it is quiet you say. You must have not used any dishwasher lately, do you? 39db is quiet, but after trying a GE, which hadn't made any claims about how silent it was, I can tell you confidently that 39db machine did not improve on the noise level.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, let me say this dishwasher is beautiful. It looks very sleek and clean. You don't see any buttons on the front of the dishwasher as they are all on the top of the door hidden out of sight. The only thing you see on the front, is the countdown timer for the load you are washing. This is very nice as you can get an idea of how much time is left before the load is done. Now to the title. This thing is quiet. So quiet, that you aren't sure that it is even working. However, once the load is finished, you find out that it has cleaned all the dishes as if a dish ninja was in there going to town on everything. Our previous dishwasher was only 2 years old and was so loud you could hear it upstairs and it would vibrate the dang house, but not this little stealth dishwasher. This also has a plethora of space inside with the two main drawers. The bottom can hold your plates and silverware, but can also accommodate bigger pans as well, with the ability to push down part of the plate holders flat. It also has a zone on the bottom, that has a boost mode that will spray extra hard in that area for those hard to clean dishes. On the second drawer, you have room for your bowls if you so choose in the middle of the drawer and your cups around that. It also accommodates wine glasses, with a little flip down holder that will point the glass down towards the spray jets. The last pull-out is the flex zone. This area is meant for knives, bigger utensils, and more silverware if you have so much that it doesn't fit below. Another really cool feature of this dishwasher, is the fact that it will pop open the door auto-magically at the end of the cycle and let the steam out, allowing for better drying of the dishes, which is a nice touch. Besides being beautiful, ninja quiet, and having tons of space, it is also smart! As with most of Samsung's newer products, you can have this bad boy connect to your wireless and add it to your Samsung smart things app. This is very nice, because it will alert you when a cycle is completed. You can also set what cycle you want it to use and see statistics of the dishwasher from smart things. It even has washing recipe's for your dishes. You can tell it what you are washing and it will tell you what the most efficient way to wash them is. It also has a loading guide in the app that can show you how to load the dishes for the best cleaning. All in all, we love our new dishwasher and glad we made the purchase.
