we purchased this dishwasher 8 months ago to match an induction cook top and double wall oven. i've always had good experiences with samsung products but regret the purchase of this dishwasher. it looks great and is super quiet but does not clean the dishes well. i had a bosch with a top rack for cutlery which i loved but this one is so poorly designed. knives fall over no matter how we place them, things slide out of position when you slide the rack back in. this seems to contribute to cutlery coming out dirty. we will be replacing it as soon as possible.

The dishwasher is fine. The installation was horrible. The installers left without showing us hwo to use the dishwasher, and we discovered that they did not level the dishwasher. They sent the same installer back out and he leveled the dishwasher but did not put in the screws to keep the dishwasher from moving around. They setup another service. They called the morning of the install and said they were on their way. At 5:00 pm they canceled without calling us. The dishwasher itself works ok. It is very quite.

All the fittings were screw on type and after pushing it under the counter you could even level the rear of it via a screw that was easily accessed from the front. The dishwasher is very quiet. I can't even tell its on unless looking at the lights from the dial. Great dishwasher!

i ordered a linear dishwasher of samsung on 11/24 and it was delivered to my place on 12/18. i find a corner of door of dishwasher is beaten up and the package is intact, which makes me wonder how samsung does the quality control to ship a clear defective product to their customer.

I'm assuming the enery efficiency is why it does dry. I have to use a drying aid to get the dishes even close to being drying dry so that is the biggest downfall.

Best dishwasher I have ever had! So many features that I love but my favorite is how quiet it is! The first time I used it, I actually thought I forgot to push the start button. It is very sleek looking and does such a great job cleaning. I just love it! I highly recommend this dishwasher.

Only got to use the dishwasher 1 week before it gave an error code that made it stop working altogether. I'm getting the run around from the warranty service provider and have been without the use of the dishwasher longer that I've had it. This is ridiculous. Something brand new should not breakdown in 1 week with pump failures. Now I have no idea when I'm going to have a working dishwasher because repair people are telling me all different things and saying they can't get the parts right now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I live alone and don't create a ton of dishes, but we do cook from scratch a great deal and so dishes do tend to collect. It's no fun waiting for a full load when there are just two of us, so I was happy to upgrade to this model, with its technically smaller capacity than our old dishwasher. I'm very pleased with it - one good meal prep session typically produces a full load, with cutting boards fitting nicely standing up on the sides and not having to take a full shelf. The "hot zones" in the front work fantastic for grimy pots and the jets from the sides and top do a great job at making sure the bottom pots don't block the upper level from getting nice and clean. Finally, I love how QUIET it is! Standing right beside it, it can be hard to tell if it's actually running, or if I am just hearing someone taking a shower upstairs. Noise level wasn't a particular concern for me, but it is impressive nonetheless. My only complaint isn't a real sore spot - but it does play the same Samsung song when finished as our Samsung washer and dryer. If you're familiar with this, it's a LONG song, and I do wish there was a slight variation that separated it from our other Samsung appliances, but really, this isn't a big deal. We're very happy with this dishwasher for the two of us, and are glad we upgraded. As usual, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Samsung appliances of any kind. :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the dishwasher is ultra quiet--you don't even know it's running. I like the smart feature that lets me know when it's done. I also like the fact that it opens automatically when the cycle is finished. What I don't like is it seems like there needs to be 1/2" more of vertical interior space with that third top rack for silverware. If you have the middle rack on its lowest setting, you can't even fit a full size plate on the bottom rack without the spray arm hitting it. I also figured out that if you don't select "high temp wash" it really doesn't get your dishes clean enough. With that selected, though, I've had no issues with it not getting the dishes clean enough. LOVE the finish which doesn't show fingerprints or anything. Overall, I am very pleased with it, just pointing out all the cons, which the pros outweigh for me.
