I am so glad it has the remainder of time left on the front because this dishwasher is so quiet that at first I wasn’t sure if it was running! My old dishwasher was quite noisy. Also, one of the things I like the best is I can do a load of lightly soiled items in an hour. I also like the third small shelf on the very top. Love Samsung products!

I am able to load the dishwasher and watch its progress off the SmartThings app. It has convenient roscos that adjust for different sized items. I love that you can use the silverware baskets at the bottom OR the tray that slides out on the very top.

i have owned 2021 samsung dishwasher for almost 2 months and continue to have to rewash so many dishes post wash. previously, i owned a whirlpool 2003 model that was basic and cleaned amazingly well. it was noisy but, at this point, i would take a noisy machine that at least cleaned dishes well. i remove all food particles prior to loading, do not overload dishes and use the zone booster. very very disappointed in its performance!!

It's VERY quiet and can't even tell it's running. Love the adjustable top rack and the 3rd rack for little things. Cleans dishes very well and leaves them spot-free. Only down side it that the run cycle is longer then most dishwashers.

This dishwasher cleans so much better than my old whirlpool which I thought was good. I can hardly hear it running. Inside racks are thoughfully laid out. Linear wash works great, no dishes missed or have any residue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is aesthetically pleasing has clean lines and is easily wiped clean of small child finger prints, the top buttons eliminate the aggravation of accidentally hitting buttons while working near it in the kitchen while being easy to use and self explanatory functions. The upper shelf has 2 positions for washing to make up for space taken by the tray on top, it is easily adjusted The upper position is a tight fit with the top tray for anything but the shorter glasses or bowls laid down but great when you have multiple large items that need washed, the lower position fits most any items you would normally place on the top shelf however of a dishwasher, however large plates or other taller items on the bottom shelf have limited space at that time. When there are 10 minutes left the door opens and a fan vents the dishwasher making it possible to unload almost immediately after the cycle is finished with only a small amount of leftover moisture. So far the linear system has been amazing, dishes come out clean when put in with no or limited prerinse for the worst baked on messes no more spots or unknown items left over on dishes. The cycle takes about 2.5 hours and you never hear the dishwasher except the occasional noise from it draining, I would recommend this unit to anyone.

let's start with the positives: amazingly quiet! we had to check to make sure it was actually on. i also don't understand the complaints about cleaning. our glasses, plates, silverware, pots/pans look amazing. the negatives: even though you can adjust the upper rack, it is difficult to efficiently fit glasses and small plates. the examples given in the owners manual are useless. the bottom rack does not close smoothly and you have to play around with both racks to get the door to close securely (and we do not overfill nor are there objects obstructing the door).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off by saying I am not an appliance expert. I'm a normal consumer who happened across a product that's it. With that being said lets jump into it. I used it for about week personally and just like anything there is stuff I like and stuff I don't like. I'll start with the things I like. I have always favored a modern look and this dishwasher compliments that taste perfectly. It's simple but smart with its design like hiding the buttons away which means my 7 year old wont feel compelled to mess with it. Next thing I like is the power, the raw power. The feature is called zone blaster and I can tell you that even baked on lasagna or burnt homemade pizza comes off with no scrubbing. You do have to position correctly but once you figure that out it's easy and worth learning. Third and final thing that I like about this dishwasher is the internals. The racks were designed well to make more room or be more secure when you need for certain dishes or cups. I have never seen a dishwasher with this level of versatility. Now to the one thing I don't like. It may be me so take with a grain of salt but it seems certain modes arent consistent at doing a great job drying everything after. Other than that I can't complain so it got a nearly perfect score and I'd personally recommend it especially if cleaning power is what you need the most.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I love this new dishwasher. It is such a wonderful addition to our kitchen and makes the space look great. The front of the dishwasher is clean looking with nothing on the front but the countdown timer of the current cycle running. The top of the door has the buttons on it for programming the cycles that you wan't. It also has a button for sanitizing as well as heating up the water. This is a nice feature as it takes the water at our sink next to the dishwasher forever to heat up. Now it just does the heating for you. If buttons aren't your thing than this dishwasher has you covered. It is Samsung SmartThings ready and can be added to the app easily after connecting it to your wireless network. Once it's in SmartThings you can pick what cycle you want from there, start the wash, get notified when the cycle is finished and more. It even gives you info in the app on how best to put your dishes in for the best cleaning. Inside the dishwasher there is a lot of space. There are two main drawers. The bottom fits plates as usual but also allows for bigger pots with fold down plate holders. It also has a boost zone for better cleaning of those extra dirty dishes. It has two silverware baskets that are removable in that drawer as well. The upper is setup for both cup and bowl washing, as well as wine glass cleaning. Above that is a flex zone area of sorts. It can handle bigger utensils like spatulas, as well as big knives and smaller one's to. Lastly but not least is how quiet this thing is. Holly cow is it nice to have something that doesn't require leaving the room to have a conversation. We had another dishwasher brand prior to this and it was only a couple years old but it is so loud you can hear it throughout the house and it vibrated the walls. So far we are very happy with this purchase and glad to have it in our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my kitchen suite in tuscan steel for almost a month now, and my dishwasher has been well used. I love the space and the connectivity with my phone. I do think that the load time is a little long, with sn auto cycle being 2 hrs and 46 minutes. Also I am not a fan of the open to dry feature since I have to leave it open all day for dry dishes.. my dishes do come out clean, however, and I have only noticed residue on 1 ladle after some user induced technical difficulties. Overall I like the dishwasher, and I am ok with the purchase.
