It’s so quiet you can’t even hear it running, also the stainless steel inside helps with any-types of Odor or musty smell. I love how high tech this dishwasher is it automatically opens at the end of each cycle to let steam out. The look of the dishwasher is a bonus super modern and sleek. Hands down the best dishwasher on the market.

It has taken a little bit to figure out the best settings and our current every day plates (11 1/4 inches) make it hard to leverage all three tray features. The strangest thing about the dishwasher is that it automatically opens when the cycle is complete on normal setting. Maybe this is normal today but I was surprised when it happen to me the first time. this feature also makes the door a little harder to lay flat when loading the lower basket. If you are not familiar with Samsung's Smart Thing App , which we were from other appliances you should review to make sure it meets your need. As the appliances will go offline when not in use. Which is a safety feature that I approve of.. We really do like the dishwasher and recommend it. I just included the items that I wish I knew before selecting a dishwasher. 4 out of 5 because I believe that the marketing (plate size,door technology etc) and user manual information can be updated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a lifelong practicioner of dishwashing by hand, I was apprehensive about purchasing a top-of-the-line model, but after viewing the Samsung Smart Dishwasher in person and being impressed with the ingenious addition of a silverware rack, I figured this new appliance may be worthwhile after all. Although I’d strictly used dishwashers for large family events or holidays in the past, the bevy of features made this model quite appealing. A couple wash cycles later and I’ve become not only comfortable but quite pleased with using this Samsung Smart Dishwasher, not only are the beeps and bloops it plays absolutely pleasant to the ear, but It also washes and dries our dishes far more efficiently and quietly than any dishwasher I’ve ever used previously. Sincerely, a former handwasher who’s fully converted to the joys of utilizing a dishwasher.

I love the technology and that I can control it from my phone. It’s easy for my kids to load the dishes. With it being summer time, doing the dishes is one of the chores I’ve assigned. Now they can complete that chore with ease including my 7 year old. The appearance of this dishwasher is very eye catching. It’s literally a conversation piece when I have company over. The stainless steel interior gives an elegant look. Samsung I give this product five stars because it has met my expectations plus more. JOB WELL DONE!

This dishwasher is very quite and has great functionality and ample space for pots and pans of all sizes along with delicate glassware as well. The best part is that it has Smart Control feature and I can get all updates of the different steps as they progress right on my mobile phone.

By God’s grace He built me a house. One year in the ice maker on my Family Hub had problems. Same year my Samsung dishwasher had issues, and now my washer is malfunctioning. Save your money for another brand. I’m tired of trying to get “All Things Samsung” repaired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is, by far, the quietest one I have ever owned. Using the door open feature helps dry the plastics quicker. During the last 10 minutes of drying, the door opens a couple inches to allow the steam out. We also really like the 3rd shelf on top for the silverware. It leaves the bottom rack open for more plates and bowls. So far, the linear wash system is working great. I wasn't sure about it getting a dishwasher with a new style of washing system, but so far so good. I wish it had a food grinder like my much older dishwasher had. If my son loads the dishes with whole pieces of food, then I have to pull the screen out to clean. He's doing better at rinsing off the large food bits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't buy a Samsung Dishwasher, they are not a good quality machine. We purchased one when we did our remodel. The unit never cleaned the dishes. Repairs were attempted several times without fixing it. The unit was eventually replaced with one that worked to wash the dishes. Only this one now starts on it own because of some error code. I have to reset the main breaker in the panel to get the code to clear. Never again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is aesthetically pleasing has clean lines and is easily wiped clean of small child finger prints, the top buttons eliminate the aggravation of accidentally hitting buttons while working near it in the kitchen while being easy to use and self explanatory functions. The upper shelf has 2 positions for washing to make up for space taken by the tray on top, it is easily adjusted The upper position is a tight fit with the top tray for anything but the shorter glasses or bowls laid down but great when you have multiple large items that need washed, the lower position fits most any items you would normally place on the top shelf however of a dishwasher, however large plates or other taller items on the bottom shelf have limited space at that time. When there are 10 minutes left the door opens and a fan vents the dishwasher making it possible to unload almost immediately after the cycle is finished with only a small amount of leftover moisture. So far the linear system has been amazing, dishes come out clean when put in with no or limited prerinse for the worst baked on messes no more spots or unknown items left over on dishes. The cycle takes about 2.5 hours and you never hear the dishwasher except the occasional noise from it draining, I would recommend this unit to anyone.
