I love the features of it and the wifi capabilities. Including the sleekness of the black color which looks amazing. My only complaint is sometimes it doesnt wash the dishes perfectly. Ive tried several soaps/tablets/powders but sometime the dishes are still dirty. Thats my complaint. But if you rinse the dishes first then its better

I have not had any issues with dishes not getting clean and it is extremely quiet, I can't even hear it when I'm standing right next to it. There are a few negatives, but it is way better than my old dishwasher. It is impressive how much this dishwasher can fit, the 3rd top shelf if amazing and makes it so much easier to clean larger flatware such as serving spoons and large knives. The adjustable 2nd rack is really convenient except it has to be up all the way to fit my plates, but then it doesnt fit my taller glasses, but it works wonders when not using giant plates! Depending on the setting it runs from just over 2 hours up to 3, which I think is reasonable and I find the ending jingle amusing and good for letting me know when it's done. I did think the "delicate cycle" would let me wash some of my hand wash o ly stuff, but it's only for like crystal and fine glass ware. Overall, I love this dishwasher and I'm very happy and pleased with it!!

Allows for move room for large items in the base drawer asthose utensil holders are removable. Just be mindful that this dishwasher doesn't have heated dry and opens with about 10 minutes left in the cycle to assist with air drying. I have a toddler who likes to close things so you might have a bit more moisture to dry off it gets closed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I love this new dishwasher. It is such a wonderful addition to our kitchen and makes the space look great. The front of the dishwasher is clean looking with nothing on the front but the countdown timer of the current cycle running. The top of the door has the buttons on it for programming the cycles that you wan't. It also has a button for sanitizing as well as heating up the water. This is a nice feature as it takes the water at our sink next to the dishwasher forever to heat up. Now it just does the heating for you. If buttons aren't your thing than this dishwasher has you covered. It is Samsung SmartThings ready and can be added to the app easily after connecting it to your wireless network. Once it's in SmartThings you can pick what cycle you want from there, start the wash, get notified when the cycle is finished and more. It even gives you info in the app on how best to put your dishes in for the best cleaning. Inside the dishwasher there is a lot of space. There are two main drawers. The bottom fits plates as usual but also allows for bigger pots with fold down plate holders. It also has a boost zone for better cleaning of those extra dirty dishes. It has two silverware baskets that are removable in that drawer as well. The upper is setup for both cup and bowl washing, as well as wine glass cleaning. Above that is a flex zone area of sorts. It can handle bigger utensils like spatulas, as well as big knives and smaller one's to. Lastly but not least is how quiet this thing is. Holly cow is it nice to have something that doesn't require leaving the room to have a conversation. We had another dishwasher brand prior to this and it was only a couple years old but it is so loud you can hear it throughout the house and it vibrated the walls. So far we are very happy with this purchase and glad to have it in our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super excited to share an excellent review of the stainless steel Samsung Dishwasher with Linear Wash System! By far, this is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. It is so quiet I barely even know it's on when it's running. The design is sleek with clean lines and a beautiful interior. Love the third rack and even love the utensil slots to maximize cleaning. You can adjust parts of the top rack based on how wide your glasses are, which is such a unique feature. Our dishes come out so clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher lives up to its promise. It cleans dishes very well and features a lot of options and adjustments. It is also sleek and very quiet during operation. The drying feature has also proven to work very well. One flaw we have noticed is the top rack does not stay out very well or consistently. It often slides back in, which makes loading it a pain.

let's start with the positives: amazingly quiet! we had to check to make sure it was actually on. i also don't understand the complaints about cleaning. our glasses, plates, silverware, pots/pans look amazing. the negatives: even though you can adjust the upper rack, it is difficult to efficiently fit glasses and small plates. the examples given in the owners manual are useless. the bottom rack does not close smoothly and you have to play around with both racks to get the door to close securely (and we do not overfill nor are there objects obstructing the door).

I was disappointed by the long wash cycles, but that appears to be the industry norm nowadays as companies try to meet energy efficiency standards. My only complaint is how Samsung designed the dishwasher to handle error codes. When my dishwasher detected a leak (or thought it did), it flashed a blinking "LC" code, and you could hear a constant whirring sound as it attempted to clear out any water (I assume). The problem is, you can't simply turn the dishwasher off while you wait for repairs. Every time I powered it down, it turned itself back on and continued the flashing and whirring. We had to actually turn off the breaker to keep the dishwasher off! I get not wanting anyone to try to run a dishwasher that may have a leak, but there has to be a less annoying/intrusive way of doing so. (There was no leak, by the way. False alarm, I guess.)

It has brought two years of frustration and disappointment. Biggest disclaimer right off the bat: You cannot effectively wash large dishes or pans. They will not fit in the washer regularly (in vertically) without knocking off the center sprayer. I've tried with the center rack at the highest position, it still doesn't fit anything. Instead, you need to lean them awkwardly, making it so you can only wash one large pot or pan max per load and it severely limits what else can fit. The main culprit is the third rack. The marketing worked on us, but that stupid third rack only makes the entire thing useless. Due to the center racking adjustment gimmick, the center sprayer is dynamic and attaches to the rack with two snap clips that constantly detach, causing the dishes to not get clean and requiring you to reattach each run. The cleaning quality is meh, the dishwasher is quiet, but it's deficiencies are so loud that you will find yourself screaming at it and cursing it's name. I wish we never got rid of our KitchenAid because it cleaned a bit better, wasn't much louder, and fit all of our large dishes no problem.
