[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to hand wash large dishes because the swirly water jets hit the top of the dishes. This didn’t happen on old dishwasher. But it is very very quiet. I think we, regrettably, picked this because of the Tuscan color. Poor decision on our end. But it does look good.

we are remodeling our kitchen and bought all new appliances. love my samsung range and refrigerator how ever i do not care for dishwasher. i have to hand dry all my dishes even hours after cycle is done. what does dry the water spots are horrible. yes i have rinse aid in it and i have tried everything. i miss my bosch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dishwasher about 2 months ago. 1. My dishes come out very clean, no issues. 2. Large, easy to organize. Very customizable racks. 3. Extremely quiet, can barely hear it running when standing right next to it.

i bought this dishwasher in the last week of may. stopped working after a week, and i had 4 service calls from samsung since then. it stops mid-cycle and leaves dishes unclean. we are a family of 4, and we've been washing dishes by hand since then. i have spent hours talking to samsung support, and it has been a nightmare. i have been a samsung customer for over a decade. everything in my home is samsung. after this nightmarish experience, i will never buy samsung again. you have been warned. do not buy this.

Waste of money. Manufacture defect. False Design on spray arm & very very faulty. We had issue after 15 days of buying this. The spray arm gets attached to the water outlet & keep falling. They could have made upper tray and spray arm attached together rather than 2 separate part. Manufacture defect and very bad on design part. They sent the representative and they told it’s a physical damage . Guess they either don’t know what’s the issue or how to resolve the issue. They put blame on customer. Where as it totally shows manufacture defect and cheap plastic used by Samsung which is unacceptable. Be aware customer. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Because they sent it and right away had to be repaired small issue they didn’t set the bearing right on top rack and it fell apart. So it was more of a final check that for them a 4.7 instead of a 5. Love it this works great. Had to get use to it popping open when done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this dishwasher about a month ago and self installed. So far so good and installation is very straightforward if you are mildly comfortable with plumbing and electrical work. The dishwasher is extremely quiet and cleans really well!

the installation didn't go well the company xpo did not properly attach the water line and water went everywhere. plus they took the brackets that attach the dishwasher to the underside of the cabinet for stability so now it tilts forward. the dishwasher is awesome but the installation was a nightmare and i'm still missing the brackets to properly mount the dishwasher under the cabinet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has outperformed my expectations. It is the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned, and the door popping open to aid in the drying process is ingenious. It still freaks out my dog when it pops open, but he's getting used to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this dishwasher was delivered, I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. The functions make loading and running the dishwasher fun. I have used it three times. Each time I have to ask myself if it’s really running because it’s so quiet!
