[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The linear wash arm cleans so much better than the traditional rotating arm. We always use the auto cycle which determines the wash length based upon how soiled the dishes are and everything always ends up perfectly clean. We only rinse large food particles off of dishes before putting them in the dishwasher and never see any left over food residue. The zone booster works well for items with baked on food residue. Overall the dishwasher runs very quiet which is important to us because our kitchen is open to our family room. The two most pleasant surprises about this dishwasher are 1) the fingerprint proof black stainless steel which always looks clean and 2) the air dry feature which drys the dishes effectively without the intense heat from a heating element. This allows us to put more heat sensitive items in the dishwasher and on any shelf.

we are remodeling our kitchen and bought all new appliances. love my samsung range and refrigerator how ever i do not care for dishwasher. i have to hand dry all my dishes even hours after cycle is done. what does dry the water spots are horrible. yes i have rinse aid in it and i have tried everything. i miss my bosch

this is a great dishwasher! the customers who are having issues did not install thier dishwasher correctly. all you need to do is make sure you install the drain hose directly to the garbage disposal or your air gap device, its very easy trust me! don’t let the one star reviews deter you from buying this dishwasher.

4 months in the unit started leaking around the door. no authorized service in our area, 30 minutes from the twin cities. they said they would give me credit to buy a new one. the credit they offered was the purchase price. we bought the unit on sale and got an additional discount for buying the entire package. doesn't matter, i am not only the hook for disconnecting and reconnecting the new one, but also the difference in cost for a four month old dishwasher that is under full warranty. how is that an acceptable resolution? we have purchased the same kitchen package and a laundry suit for out new home that we will now be returning because i will not deal with this again.

It stops mid-cycle, and the door opens up with unclean dishes. and I have been washing the dishes by hand for the last two months. Samsung sent a technician four times, and they could not fix it. I've been a Samsung customer for the last 10+ years, and every appliance in my house is Samsung. I bought this dishwasher as a part of a package to replace my old appliances. It was a really bad decision.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is seriously like a dream. It is completely silent while running and makes this cute little song beep when finished. If watching television on my Samsung TV, it seamlessly notifies me that my dishes have finished right on the TV! I little notification pops up. The shelves adjust in many different ways to accommodate different loads of dishes. Everything comes out sparkling! I highly recommend this dishwasher.

Worked okay for almost 2 years and looks like will work for another year or so. The plastic parts in it are very cheap. Even with very gentle placement of the dishes some plastic parts are already broken or bent. The racks can also be easily bent when placing or removing the dishes. You have to be very gentle. Worst of all, it started leaking occasionally from the right side of the front panel, but of course, right after the useless 1 year warranty ended. We'll see how long we can live with the occasional leaks. We decided to buy Samsung appliances when we remodeled our kitchen and we already regret it. Had issues with the fridge also. Probably we won't be getting anything Samsung anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few years ago. I am using more and more of the features. I set the dishwasher to start when I'm at work. It sends a notification to my phone when it is done. The wifi connection is 2.4 rather than 5. The door opens towards the end of the drying cycle. I remove the screen at the base to the washer to remove large debris. The 2 cutlery baskets are removable. You have a setting to lower a potion of the top tray for deep cooking utensils. I can hear when the door opens. It's still a winner. This dishwasher is whisper quiet.

I have an open floor plan and wanted a dishwasher that was quite while I'm watching television. This dishwasher exceeded my expectations. The only way I know it's running is because the timer comes on. This dishwasher also does a great job getting the dishes clean. So far I am very satisfied with this dishwasher. Samsung did a great job at getting my items delivered fast and having them installed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to hand wash large dishes because the swirly water jets hit the top of the dishes. This didn’t happen on old dishwasher. But it is very very quiet. I think we, regrettably, picked this because of the Tuscan color. Poor decision on our end. But it does look good.
