It is easy to load, the drawers slide effortlessly and it holds an astonishing amount of dishes. I can put my largest pots, pans and plates in the bottom with room for smaller items in the two upper trays. It is cavernous! Dishes always come out spotlessly clean and the auto-open feature helps with drying to avoid water spots on our glassware. it even plays a nice song when it is finished. As for looks, it fits wonderfully into our kitchen style and gives a modern refresh to our replaced unit. I can't recommend it any more highly

All the fittings were screw on type and after pushing it under the counter you could even level the rear of it via a screw that was easily accessed from the front. The dishwasher is very quiet. I can't even tell its on unless looking at the lights from the dial. Great dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This one’s a quiet baby! Whisper quiet cleaning: This one is real. The first load that I put this dishwasher to action, was a revelation. The wash cycle was real quiet, to the extent I had to put an ear to the door to confirm that it was ON. Fell in love with it with that. We chose this model based on 4-5 key features. These ones really help us manage specific needs: o Flexible 3nd rack – this one really helps when the load consists of more than fair share of big or oversized pots and pans o Zone booster: Helps when you have over greasy or dirty pans o Linear wash system provides very good cleaning efficiency and the results are to be experienced. Coupled with the zone and speed booster, it offers great washing efficiencies o Sanitizer - an important feature for germaphobes and for ones who have small children at home o Half load option (lower rack only) and Express Cycle – this solved our challenge of having too little dishes for a full cycle of many a night. This coupled with the express cycle are very good features for small families. In addition to these it offers 7 different wash cycles and 8 options for your varied needs. A bunch of small nifty ones features which others may also like the adjustable tines for the odd shaped ones, auto release door for better drying efficiencies especially for plastic ware. The finger print resistant feature may look fancy, but besides refrigerator, the dishwasher is the perfect appliance to have it. To sum it up, if you are looking for a good top panel touch variant in a dishwasher, this one makes your decision easier, quietly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher replaced a 15 year old Bosch, which was very good in its time, but was getting very loud and stopped drying dishes. Delivery was quick. I installed the dishwasher in no time at all with the included hardware. Ran several test washes and the first real was with dishes and this thing is so quiet. I had to put my ear right next to it to hear anything. So far the dishes are coming out very clean and dry. No complaints after about 3 weeks of use. Easy to connect to the Samsung app and control it there. Kinda handy. The only thing I will note, this model pops the door open at the end of the cycle to finish drying and provides a screen protector like film to put under the countertop to stop moisture from damaging the wood. This film would not stick to our underside countertop. We ended up applying several layers of polyurethane and letting it dry before installing. So far no water has appeared to soak into the countertop. Will update this review if anything changes.

We love the very top slim rack that you can put lids on it and not get them lost in the washer. The dishwasher does its job of getting the dishes clean the 1st time. And we also like how the door pops open 5 minutes before it's done to let the steam out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new dishwasher was amazing, I love how it looks perfectly in our kitchen, sleek and sharp but most of all, it was very easy to use and navigate plus very quite and I can not even hear any noise which I like very much. I also like that when it’s done, it’s automatically open slightly which surprise me and my kids was amaze also. I like that the features was kinda new and different and just the clock showing up which make my dishwasher looks premium to me. Best dishwasher I ever had in my life and would never trade it for anything. This product not only clean our dishes but it helps my kitchen looks great because of the brand and quality of it as well. Plus I also like how it was design inside to fit dishes in a very organized way, more extra room to fit in. This product really worth every penny because it clean really good and spotless too. For me it’s very important how product works for my satisfaction specially if I trust the brand so therefore I’m very happy right now to have this dishwasher in my kitchen. I want to add also, I never seen my boys happy while taking care of dishes using our dishwasher because they like it as much I do. They’re learning how to used all the features that’s came. Performance was great. I honestly tried to find anything not to like with this dishwasher but I just can’t because it really suitable for my need when I’m looking for a new dishwasher to replace our old one so I am happy that I decided to bought one as soon as possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start firstly by saying how beautiful this machine is in the black stainless! It really is sharp! Now on to the functionality of it...... It has many features but my favorite are the 3rd rack and the folding rack tines. The bottom rack’s tines can be folded down to fit larger pots and pans without the risk of bending anything. The 3rd rack is nice for your larger serving utensils and would be a dream for baby bottle pieces (wish I had this a year ago). The third rack has an adjustable center that goes a bit deeper than the sides which is nice for sippy cup lids, sports caps, etc. The sides are lined with little nubs and slots for just about anything. They really hold onto things without them flipping or flying around to the bottom. I’ve put sippy cup inserts on there and smaller container lids that have stayed put every time. The silverware caddy is also nice for straws. The holes are smaller on the bottom so they don’t slip right through. The middle rack is also adjustable up and down which is nice for taller things like sports bottles and such. I’ve only used the normal wash setting so far as that’s all I’ve needed. My dishes have come out clean every single time. I also use the drying setting that allows the door to pop open at the end of the cycle and I haven’t had a problem there either. Some of the plastic cups with curved bottoms hold a little water but I expect that. Everything else I have found to be dry. I use a rinse aid as well. You can also delay start for as little as 1 hour up to 24 or use your SmartThings App and handle it all through there. I don’t regret getting this machine one bit. It does everything I need plus some all while looking great in my kitchen!

This was expensive and I am so disappointed. Does not dry dishes well. I ordered stainless they sent dark stainless. delivery was delayed twice and then they did not install. After all that had to pay someone even though delivery was suppose to be included to install and I hate it. Does not hold many dished - set up inside poor

it works like not working, no voice - nothing. amazing. i like the washer in general, very quiet, cleans, flexible shelves. it just smells weird but i hope that dishwasher fragrance will resolve the problem. normal mode is 2.5 hours, not sure why it is too long but it is ok since i can start and leave it at night. the only issue is the bottom rack, it moves out from the rail easily.

Only got to use the dishwasher 1 week before it gave an error code that made it stop working altogether. I'm getting the run around from the warranty service provider and have been without the use of the dishwasher longer that I've had it. This is ridiculous. Something brand new should not breakdown in 1 week with pump failures. Now I have no idea when I'm going to have a working dishwasher because repair people are telling me all different things and saying they can't get the parts right now.
