This dishwasher... We have owned it for about two years now. It was GREAT, until it wasn't. The bottom rack doesn't work. Our dishes in the bottom rack may as well not even go in. If you are interested in a slip n slide in your kitchen made of dirty ol spaghetti water and soap, this dishwasher will help you out. Sometimes it doesn't run because it's throwing a leak code. Sometimes it doesn't run because it just doesn't want to. We have owned it for about two years and right as the warranty ran out, so did the quality of the product. Stay away from this dishwasher.

It does a good job cleaning the dishes, but the parts are so cheaply made. Coming from a Bosch this is a huge step down in quality. Ridiculously overpriced for the quality. Would not purchase a Samsung again I don’t recommend friends.

The first arrive damage outside and inside , for it the bottom rack do not operate. The door leak water. The dishes are not spotless clean and the 3rd rack doesn't wash the rest of the food. You need to dry manually the dishes. It is quiet. The design is nice. I do not recommend this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is so great! I never hear it running. My dishes come out super clean. The best part about this dishwasher is how it syncs with my phone and watch. It sends me alerts when I need to run a self clean cycle. It lets me know when the cycles have been completed, and it uses this self opening door feature to open the door just enough to help the dishes dry faster. It also has this 3rd rack up top for smaller pieces like straws, baby pacifiers, or anything that doesn’t fit right in the traditional washing areas. Truly an amazing piece of equipment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Look: The first thing I noticed about this dishwasher was that it was very modern looking. I like how the information is projected onto the front of the dishwasher. The fingerprints are minimal compared to other stainless steel appliances. Performance: This dishwasher is able to clean all my dishes easily and quietly. If my TV is on I have a hard time telling if the dishwasher is running. The dishwasher also opens when the cleaning is finished, at first I closed it because I didn't want my 1-year-old to open it and grab something out but I noticed that when it's closed it won't dry well. I now run it in the evening and leave it open when it's done and the dishes are able to dry easily. Technology: This dishwasher is able to connect to wifi so that you can get notifications when the was is complete, you can also configure your wash remotely. I was able to connect it to my wifi but unable to get it working with the smartthings app. Will contact support soon to get some help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, let me say this dishwasher is beautiful. It looks very sleek and clean. You don't see any buttons on the front of the dishwasher as they are all on the top of the door hidden out of sight. The only thing you see on the front, is the countdown timer for the load you are washing. This is very nice as you can get an idea of how much time is left before the load is done. Now to the title. This thing is quiet. So quiet, that you aren't sure that it is even working. However, once the load is finished, you find out that it has cleaned all the dishes as if a dish ninja was in there going to town on everything. Our previous dishwasher was only 2 years old and was so loud you could hear it upstairs and it would vibrate the dang house, but not this little stealth dishwasher. This also has a plethora of space inside with the two main drawers. The bottom can hold your plates and silverware, but can also accommodate bigger pans as well, with the ability to push down part of the plate holders flat. It also has a zone on the bottom, that has a boost mode that will spray extra hard in that area for those hard to clean dishes. On the second drawer, you have room for your bowls if you so choose in the middle of the drawer and your cups around that. It also accommodates wine glasses, with a little flip down holder that will point the glass down towards the spray jets. The last pull-out is the flex zone. This area is meant for knives, bigger utensils, and more silverware if you have so much that it doesn't fit below. Another really cool feature of this dishwasher, is the fact that it will pop open the door auto-magically at the end of the cycle and let the steam out, allowing for better drying of the dishes, which is a nice touch. Besides being beautiful, ninja quiet, and having tons of space, it is also smart! As with most of Samsung's newer products, you can have this bad boy connect to your wireless and add it to your Samsung smart things app. This is very nice, because it will alert you when a cycle is completed. You can also set what cycle you want it to use and see statistics of the dishwasher from smart things. It even has washing recipe's for your dishes. You can tell it what you are washing and it will tell you what the most efficient way to wash them is. It also has a loading guide in the app that can show you how to load the dishes for the best cleaning. All in all, we love our new dishwasher and glad we made the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a couple months ago. Overall the dishwasher is pretty good. It back fills with water and the previous one I had never did. Plumber has been out twice. He says the pipes to and from the washer are fine, not clogged. So, really not sure if it is this dishwasher or something else. I do not like the layout of the bottom rack as much as I did my previous washer.

It won’t run a full cycle without the sensor going off. Half of the time the soap doesn’t even come out correctly. The dishes remain dirty after running it. It has only been a year and we are already looking to replace it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few years ago. I am using more and more of the features. I set the dishwasher to start when I'm at work. It sends a notification to my phone when it is done. The wifi connection is 2.4 rather than 5. The door opens towards the end of the drying cycle. I remove the screen at the base to the washer to remove large debris. The 2 cutlery baskets are removable. You have a setting to lower a potion of the top tray for deep cooking utensils. I can hear when the door opens. It's still a winner. This dishwasher is whisper quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works as well as advertised. I live in an open, loft-style condo, so I love how quiet it is. If you use rinse-aid, the dishes come out sparkling and dry, including plastics. I love the simple, clean design too.
