The loudest part of the cleaning cycle is when it drains into the disposal. It is so quiet it is hard to believe it is working. I was skeptical about the door opening at the end to help dry, but everything comes out with no moisture at all (except plastic containers if the held standing water) and very clean with no debris or streaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't buy a Samsung Dishwasher, they are not a good quality machine. We purchased one when we did our remodel. The unit never cleaned the dishes. Repairs were attempted several times without fixing it. The unit was eventually replaced with one that worked to wash the dishes. Only this one now starts on it own because of some error code. I have to reset the main breaker in the panel to get the code to clear. Never again

It’s so quiet you can’t even hear it running, also the stainless steel inside helps with any-types of Odor or musty smell. I love how high tech this dishwasher is it automatically opens at the end of each cycle to let steam out. The look of the dishwasher is a bonus super modern and sleek. Hands down the best dishwasher on the market.

The lower rack has broken a couple of pieces but still functions well. Dishes are generally clean and I like the features. I do wish it would tell you when to add rinse aid. I love that the front look is seamless and free of buttons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is typical of Samsung products that I've purchased recently...high quality, improved efficiency, aesthetically pleasing, and reasonable pricing. It's quiet, technologically advanced and it cleans thoroughly and quickly.

I bought The model DW80R9950US, now is showing PC error. Everything was great , I like that is almost no noise when washing, until a 2 weeks ago and the PC error code appeared. Troubleshooting hasn’t helped the situation. The error still coming back. Now back to handwashing until the issue is resolved.

Starting us off let's just look at design. As a adult man, who has never cared for dishwasher in the past, this thing got me excited. Fingerprint resistant finish that actually works and of course matched perfectly with the rest of my kitchen. Once you get past looks the design internally is even better. Offers an additional shelf for bigger utensils or whatever you need it for. It has little red hooks that allow for so much functionally like bigger plates, pots or pans. It even allows you to raise or lower the middle rack so simply put if you have a weirdly sized or shaped thing it can be washed with ease in this dishwasher. Than we jump into performance and I need to start off by saying my expectations in this category where mixed. I have had other units on both spectrums of price points and was dissatisfied with both. They always sacrificed something to get something. An example would be sacrificing performance for looks which is a poor trade off. I thought this may be the same so I let the dishes piles up, I also left food on pots and pans so I could give it the toughest challenge. That's where it got interesting first, the noise it emitted was non existent. I'm talking non-existent you could be right in front of it and hear nothing. My mother in law was over and we were showing her and she said she could hear a tiny fountain we had in the hallway more than she could hear this dishwasher. I of course love that because I work from home so when I'm trying to focus on something any bit of noise can be distracting and knowing I could pull up my work in the kitchen and not have to worry was a blessing in my house. Though back to performance, when we took out those hard to clean dishes they were.... clean! Now I did try to rig it to make it difficult but I also utilized the Smartthings App which had tips and tricks on how to load it efficiently and how to program the dishwasher to make it as fair as possible. Yeah, it crushed my needs cleaned everything I needed off with that zone booster section. To wrap up, do I recommend this product and that is an astounding yes. I'm actually annoyed I couldn't find anything wrong with it. I am a simple guy and the reason why I choose this was because I wanted something of quality in a brand I trust. You must hit a button on dishwasher for it to become " Smart ". Thus taking away the reason you have an App to Control. My Oven is the same way. Its a shame. Double oven is also a joke. Its a phony Double oven. :(
