[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an older loud dishwasher. This one you can't even hear. I have an open floor plan so any noise is distracting. This dishwasher can't even be heard. The drying of the dishes could be better but overall great dishwasher.

in 2018, we remodeled our kitchen/laundry. we bought all samsung appliances. we were pleased with the features, but the quality, warranty, and repair process has been horrible. within 6 months, our dishwasher broke. after multiple expense appointments, samsung said the tub cracked, they blamed the retailer, and the retailer accused samsung. no one helped us, and we had to purchase a new one. next, our wash machine stopped working and the quote to fix it cost more than a new one. again, bought a new one. on christmas eve 2020, our oven wouldn't heat. it took a week to have our 1st appointment. it's jan. 28, and we're on our 4th appointment, and it's still broken. 1/23/21 our refrigerator/freezer completely stopped working – still waiting for an appointment. don’t purchase samsung.

haven't used the kitchenaid dishwasher in our home for over 20 years because it was so noisy in our combined kitchen/living room. doing research for many months i decided on the b***h brand because of the amazing reviews and how well it cleaned. #1 importance to me was noise level and this washer is quieter than that competitive model. who knew? as a smartthings home automation geek i loved the idea that it connected to my home automation and i could check the status of the wash on my iphone and when it completed i got an alert on my samsung tv. great features like 3 racks and auto open at the end to let out the remaining moisture. it's soooo quiet! highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the point of a dishwasher doing its job well, is to not have anything to say about it - which I don't. We knew what we were getting aesthetically and specifically chose this model for its clean front and pocket handle; it did not disappoint. It's incredibly incredibly quiet, much like we expected from its rating, but I don't think we realized just HOW quiet 39dBA was until we went to operate it for the first time and my wife thought it was not turning on. It's about 18 months in and running well, at one use per week, so time will tell, but we really really enjoy this model.

Nothing but problems since I bought a few years ago. Top area cracked. Drainage doesn't always work. Doesn't clean dishes fully - have to rewash. Motor just started thumping 3weeks ago - so we stop using, thinking it would help. Last night husband washed dishes and put away this AM and I pulled out drawers and white milky water left there. Stopped working - dead on impact. Not worth buying products that don't last 3yrs. KitchenAid going forward.

I always use the delay start to run it at night to save on electricity but it so quiet, I literally have to touch it to see if it's running ! Also, no need to rinse your plates before placing them in this dishwasher, it does a great job cleaning and drying. Love the sanitizer option too. This is loaded with features and If you want a dishwasher that will handle tough jobs, I recommend this one.

It has a sleek modern design that would go with any kitchen decor. It’s roomy and the extra top shelf provides a convenient addition for odd shaped items. I love that you can’t even tell that it’s on because of its quiet innovation. My 1st load cane out of the dishwasher squeaky clean better than my previous dishwasher. One of the best features is it’s app connectivity where you can program the dishwasher to begin a load when you want. I will definitely recommend this Samsung dishwasher to friends and family through word of mouth and social media. My husband agrees with me that we made a great investment in our purchase of this dishwasher. I am overjoyed with excitement about my new dishwasher!!

I have had this dishwasher sine June 2023. 2 months after purchasing it I had an intermittent leak around the door. A technician came out and of course he was unable to find it. A few months later I called again because it was getting worse. They came out the second time and replaced the door and door gasket. 3 months later it is leaking again. I continue to get the run around from Samsung customer support and my hard wood has been damaged. Highly disappointed in this product

The interior is stainless steel (not cheap plastic) and the adjustability of the top rack is very handy. 1. Cleaning Power: with several modes, including an Auto sensing mode, it has the power to handle anything you throw at it. there is even a setting for the front of the lowest rack, a special high-power cleaning blast can focus on that area (pots& pans). 2. NOISE: at first I didn't think this thing was working, but I assure you, if properly installed, you'll never hear this thing, aside from when it drains depending on how your plumbing is 3. DESIGN: very nice exterior look, clean. inside is stuffed full of useful space. i appreciate how they tried to maximize usage while still allowing for water to flow. the drain on the bottom is relatively easy to remove and clean as well, but we rarely have to do that.the controls are easy to use, you don't have to push the buttons very hard, and they are easy to clean 4. The premimum look and feel of this unit is astounding.Quality materials, good fit on seals and mating parts. 5. I love the adjustible height of the large top rack. you use both hands and push the red levers on each side and can literally lift or lower the rack about +/- 1-2" of travel. very handy and something that I have never had or seen before. I recommend this unit to ANYONE. there are several finishes available as well. You won't regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm using it for nearly an year now. It's giving away its paint on the plastic slant surface that shows the time left for the run. Some times, the jets won't work and the ute sils aren't cleaned at all. This happens without even showing up any errors or anything. Only thing it is of what it is said to be is silent. It is Silent. Yes. Can't stress it enough. Very quite operation. It cleans great when it does. But the paint this is so frustrating.
