[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy after a few months of using this dishwasher. (Replaced a KitchenAid that I loved but finally died after many years.) Love the configurability of the racks and settings so when we're washing pots/pans we can flip down the left-side of lower rack and set to wash extra there, otherwise normal loads of plates are just 1hr including the drying. Additional things we love: third rack/shelf at the top for lids, big spatulas, etc. Really like how it cracks open at the end of the drying cycle (items definitely get drier than my old dishwasher) w/no condensed water as the hot air can escape. We have SmartThings so connecting to that is a nice feature though I don't use too much since I don't really need to control the dishwasher remotely too often. (But good to know if you turn it on and go out, it lets you know it finished successfully.) Honestly wasn't sure about getting a Samsung dishwasher (vs. Bosch or other top brands you see reviews for) but couldn't be happier with it!

Its so quite and the extra drawer on top, the adjustments on shelves and the pot and pan area are great, there are so many features that are excellent [ to any to list. ] Th!no you Samsung for making such a great dishwasher!

I have never owned a dishwasher that I didn't have to nearly shout over. I regularly whisper louder than this appliance! Also, do not think for one second that you'll be sacrificing cleaning power for a low decibel level, because it's also an unrelenting cleaning machine. This passes the "peanut butter knife test", my north star for dishwasher success, and the one job that my previous appliance couldn't handle. It even opens itself at the end of the cycle to dry dishes in a flash! App support is something I never would have expected, but now is a feature I cannot live without. Overall, I am entirely satisfied, even thrilled, with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i am loving my samsung linear wash dishwasher and it was a huge upgrade when doing kitchen chores. all the controls are also hidden at the top while being easy to read and interact with and it is super quiet. the cycle clock counts down the exact time left on the front so you know how long you have left and the door will automatically pop open to circulate air for quick drying. comes with 3 adjustable racks that give you a ton of storage. the bottom rack is designed for larger items like plates, pots, large bowls, etc. the second drawer is designed for smaller items and all your glassware. the final drawer is the silverware drawer at the top, but you can also remove this and use the silverware basket if you like.

I love that the door opens automatically 10 minutes before the end of the cycle to let the moisture and steam out. It does connect to the house wifi and lets you know (via cellphone) as it goes through it's cycles. However, I wish they would update the firmware so that you could stop and start the cycles via smartphone.

after finishing normal wash cycle with cascade platinum dishwasher pods, seeing lot of soap on dishes. to prove, i did rinse only cycle after compete normal cycle, saw lot of soap in the water during rinse cycle. basic feature like extra rinse or rinse and stop feature are missing. buttons are horrible. app almost never works. auto dry-release door never worked for me till the date. i wouldn't recommend this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for about 5 months now, its a great washer, it does its function really well and the integration with SmartThings allows me to see when it needs a cleaning cycle or Rinse aid is needed. I would highly recommend this washer.

I bought this dishwasher due to dB rating. What I have found is it is the quietest dishwasher ever made because it is never in operation. I bought this unit approx. 16-18 months ago. Right out of box, the upper (glass ) rack was a problem. It just slid apart and all the ball bearing fell out. A Certified Samsung Tech came out & replaced the guide rail. This led to a leak around the nuts holding the rail in place. Tightened and fix. Here I am nearly a year later and literally less than 10 cycles use (in my basement) & the same problem has occurred. Of course, it is out of warranty now & it means absolutely NOTHING that this a a repeat problem. Not, to mention the fact, that others are having this SAME problem when you read the reviews. This is either a build issue at Samsung or a design issue as it is not very robust. What is the point of adding "functionality" if you can't use the functions or the unit b/c it is constantly breaking? Don't worry, someone online will be quick to point out your warranty situation and help you with an appointment you can pay for. Even better, they will recommend you fixing it yourself. On the bright side, if you ever get to use it, it is very quiet & does clean the dishes well. However, it is less reliable than my kids.

Had to have it repaired 2 months in. The Bar stuck in the back and dished at the front were not being washed. Just scheduled second repair at 9 months. It isn't draining. It does clean well when its working. The top rack is awkward and could use a little redesign as the middle row has its prongs set too wide for most of my top row items.

We have an open concept design at our house so noise is very important to us. I also love the sleek clean design on the front and the timer is awesome.
