[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had for three weeks, but so far I like it better than the Kitchenaid I replaced. I love the third rack at the top, ingenious. Really great for odds and ends. Aside from cleaning ability, I worried about how it would dry without heating elements at the bottom and how well/many dishes would fit in it. It has not disappointed in the least. Clean better, yes (and I haven't even used ZoneBooster feature yet). Dries well, surprisingly yes! Easier to load/fit dishes, million times yes . . in fact I think I fit more in this and it does not compromise cleaning results in the process. I no long fight racks and tines to fit various dishes and bulky items and then worry it won't clean such precariously placed items. It all works. Racks slide in and out smoothly and securely. You will worry it is not running in the beginning because it is soo quiet. Only time will tell if I can be loyal long term, but first impressions . . I LOVE IT! Have used both Normal and Express Wash. Am using Seventh Generation Ultra Power Plus dishwasher detergent gel and nothing else with fabulous results. Such an interesting design in technology compared to other dishwashers with spinning arms . . I hope it continues to be reliable and impress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Look: The first thing I noticed about this dishwasher was that it was very modern looking. I like how the information is projected onto the front of the dishwasher. The fingerprints are minimal compared to other stainless steel appliances. Performance: This dishwasher is able to clean all my dishes easily and quietly. If my TV is on I have a hard time telling if the dishwasher is running. The dishwasher also opens when the cleaning is finished, at first I closed it because I didn't want my 1-year-old to open it and grab something out but I noticed that when it's closed it won't dry well. I now run it in the evening and leave it open when it's done and the dishes are able to dry easily. Technology: This dishwasher is able to connect to wifi so that you can get notifications when the was is complete, you can also configure your wash remotely. I was able to connect it to my wifi but unable to get it working with the smartthings app. Will contact support soon to get some help.

i have had this dishwasher for 6 months now. every time i use it since the first day it was installed, i have to use the heavy mode to remotely get my dishes cleaned. the top rack doesn't stay pulled out to put dishes in. i have to keep pulling it back out after each dish i put in. the third rack doesn't clean my utensils at all! they dont fit in the silverware bins even with the top rack raised all the way up. and when i raise the top rack up with bowls or small plates, they get stuck to the 3rd rack. the black "stainless steel" doesn't clean well with stainless steel cleaner, it is always smudged. i wish i would have went with another brand, but i also bought the fridge and the microwave to match. i guess that's what happens when a deal is too good to be true.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the poor soul responsible for doing the dishes in our house. What used to be a chore even with a dishawasher, has now become something I actually enjoy- to the point of looking forward to it. This is because we are now the very proud owners of the Samsung Linear Wash Dishwasher. This is honestly the best dishwasher I have ever come across. I am an electrician and that brings me to many homes in many different demographics. I have yet to see anything comparable to this machine anywhere. Aside from being extremely quiet, it comes equipped with a third rack specially for silverware. I grill all year long so this is the perfect place for my oversized grilling spatula and tongs. The second rack is adjustable which is great because on game day I can lower that rack and all of the large snack bowls and my cutting boards fit. I also don't have to contend with food stuck to anything when the machine is done washing the dishes. This is due in part to the linear wash system which uses a sliding spray bar that moves in linear motion, distributing the water evenly. I am no longer finding myself re-washing any items that did not get clean the first time around, which was a common occurrence with the dishwasher that we replaced with this one. Incidentally, that dishwasher was only about a year and a half old, so I am now beyond satisfied with our decision to go with this machine. I also really like the auto release door because it opens automatically to save energy as it circulates air to improve drying function. Overall, it is a machine built to last with a stainless steel tub and buttons that are sensitive enough to take the command the first time I push them. I can honestly say this dishwasher far exceeded my expectations and look forward to many game days spent with more time watching the game, instead of tending to the dishes.

this unit does not come with any of the hoses or power cord! why wouldnt you let me know as i purchased it? not only does the cable not come with, it has to be installed, not just attached or plugged in, i mean installed by electrician! also the drawers dont fit??? also, the instructions are severly lacking in detail! i have tried to go online to find out what power cord or hoses to buy and i cannot figure it out...why not put a link to the required parts that are not included? or put a link where i can buy them since it is a requirement apparently!

it works like not working, no voice - nothing. amazing. i like the washer in general, very quiet, cleans, flexible shelves. it just smells weird but i hope that dishwasher fragrance will resolve the problem. normal mode is 2.5 hours, not sure why it is too long but it is ok since i can start and leave it at night. the only issue is the bottom rack, it moves out from the rail easily.

The chimes are a little spooky at first because you don’t know where they’re coming from. We have had an electrical issue though within our first few months, but it was repaired and we will see how long it will last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start firstly by saying how beautiful this machine is in the black stainless! It really is sharp! Now on to the functionality of it...... It has many features but my favorite are the 3rd rack and the folding rack tines. The bottom rack’s tines can be folded down to fit larger pots and pans without the risk of bending anything. The 3rd rack is nice for your larger serving utensils and would be a dream for baby bottle pieces (wish I had this a year ago). The third rack has an adjustable center that goes a bit deeper than the sides which is nice for sippy cup lids, sports caps, etc. The sides are lined with little nubs and slots for just about anything. They really hold onto things without them flipping or flying around to the bottom. I’ve put sippy cup inserts on there and smaller container lids that have stayed put every time. The silverware caddy is also nice for straws. The holes are smaller on the bottom so they don’t slip right through. The middle rack is also adjustable up and down which is nice for taller things like sports bottles and such. I’ve only used the normal wash setting so far as that’s all I’ve needed. My dishes have come out clean every single time. I also use the drying setting that allows the door to pop open at the end of the cycle and I haven’t had a problem there either. Some of the plastic cups with curved bottoms hold a little water but I expect that. Everything else I have found to be dry. I use a rinse aid as well. You can also delay start for as little as 1 hour up to 24 or use your SmartThings App and handle it all through there. I don’t regret getting this machine one bit. It does everything I need plus some all while looking great in my kitchen!
