I find this dishwasher well exceeded my expectation. The stainless steel interior maintains it's immaculate condition. With three trays it can be well loaded up while maintaining good organization. Everything washes really well, easy to use and the WiFi functions are great. The best is how quiet it is. It hard to tell that it's working..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dishwasher. The stainless appearance and the inside finish look great. It’s so quiet that we were not sure if it’s running or not. I like that the racks are adjustable; the tines can be fold down to make room for large items, pots, and pans . The tines also can be adjusted to three different positions to match the size and shape of my dishes. The flexible 3rd cutlery rack at the top is nice addition. The dishes and kitchen utensils were cleaned after wash. So far we are very happy with this washer.

my wife hand washes dishes before putting them in a dishwasher. after extensive research i bought this dishwasher to save her from this step. she still does it out of habit but i don't and the dishes come out just as clean. i was drawn to this model due to all the features, especially the linear cleaning system. the 3rd rack and wifi connection are an added bonus. this is the quietest dishwasher i've ever owned. you have to look at the display to determine if it's on because it's so quiet. the only downside is the linear bar. occasionally it pops off. when that happens you have to snap it back in place and sometimes rewash the dishes on the lower rack. i've yet to figure out why this happens or a fix. not sure why samsung would design it to come off in the first place.

I really like all the features that Samsung put into this whisper quiet dishwasher. I like that you can lay down portions of the lower racks to accommodate big pots or appliances. It is handy having both the silverware basket and upper tray as I tend to use that more for lids and the basket for silverware. Great to have the length of time on the cycle displayed both on the top panel and the front facing -no chance of opening while it's still mid-cycle (it's THAT quiet!). I also appreciate the venting feature as it makes it easier to unload the dishwasher quickly since the items have had a chance to cool down.

It has taken a little bit to figure out the best settings and our current every day plates (11 1/4 inches) make it hard to leverage all three tray features. The strangest thing about the dishwasher is that it automatically opens when the cycle is complete on normal setting. Maybe this is normal today but I was surprised when it happen to me the first time. this feature also makes the door a little harder to lay flat when loading the lower basket. If you are not familiar with Samsung's Smart Thing App , which we were from other appliances you should review to make sure it meets your need. As the appliances will go offline when not in use. Which is a safety feature that I approve of.. We really do like the dishwasher and recommend it. I just included the items that I wish I knew before selecting a dishwasher. 4 out of 5 because I believe that the marketing (plate size,door technology etc) and user manual information can be updated.

we bought the most expensive unit from lowes. extended warranty package, on top. problem: waterwall broke, motor was exchanged, service technician could not do it alone, we had two guys here. subsequent calls for correct repairs could not fix the newly installed motor, waterwall to work. worst, can not do online service call requests, must wait endlessly for an agent. i am so tired of this dishwasher. do not buy!!!

It has a sleek modern design that would go with any kitchen decor. It’s roomy and the extra top shelf provides a convenient addition for odd shaped items. I love that you can’t even tell that it’s on because of its quiet innovation. My 1st load cane out of the dishwasher squeaky clean better than my previous dishwasher. One of the best features is it’s app connectivity where you can program the dishwasher to begin a load when you want. I will definitely recommend this Samsung dishwasher to friends and family through word of mouth and social media. My husband agrees with me that we made a great investment in our purchase of this dishwasher. I am overjoyed with excitement about my new dishwasher!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for our new home about a month ago and I love it. I do forget there is a top rack all the time though oops. But overall I love this dishwasher along with the app to let me know it is finished.

This unit is whisper quiet as advertised - VERY quiet. Also, it seems to do a very good job cleaning the dishes. The problems I have with it are as follows: 1) When the lower front kickplate was installed it seems to pull on the rubber grommet hanging down from the bottom of the dishwasher which gets tucked behind the kickplate. Because of this, tension gets put on the door and prevents the door from opening completely flat. The workaround was to put the rubber grommet in FRONT of the kickplate, but it does not look a clean down there. Without this workaround, it would have to go. 2) Still, there is too much friction on the door which prevents it from opening easily and effortlessly. To get the door to lie flat, one must bend over EVERY TIME and press the door down all the way. Not good, Samsung. 3) Aside from the friction on the door, the opening and closing resistance is NOT uniform - part of the way it moves easier and part of the way it requires MORE effort to open and close. Also NOT GOOD. Lastly... 4) Other dishwashers we've had allow you to keep the door slightly ajar. Not this one - the door is either open or closed. No middle ground here. It always has to be locked shut or it sticks out too far otherwise. Other models allow the door to remain slightly open without having to lock it shut. Knowing these items now, I probably would not re-purchase this dishwasher in spite of it's quietness and dish cleaning capabilities. It's the usability issues that I'm not to fond of, and that counts for quite a bit. 3 Stars at best here. (We purchased it because it seemed to have decent ratings and Samsung offered free installation and removal of the old unit), which was a nice offer. That's it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is great. I can't believe it cleans so well while being so quiet. We have a couple of old pans that our previous dishwasher always struggled with, when we put those in the new dishwasher with the zone boost option enabled these pans came out spotless! Also, like the implementation of the dishwasher door opening automatically after the cycle is finished. This greatly improves drying! This dishwasher not only performs exceptionally well, but it also looks great! All the control buttons are hidden on the top, so it has a slick and a modern look. Also, like the notification to refill the rinse aid (hated to find all the dishes messed up just because the rinse aid run out on our previous dishwasher). There is one more reminder to start the dishwashers' cleaning cycle - should help avoiding funny smells which may sometimes appear after using a dishwasher for a while without cleaning. Fabulous dishwasher - I do recommend it!
