I love the dishes end up really clean and compared with other dishwasher using a different technology, this is clearly superior. the management from the phone app does not offer a lot of options, so I don't see the need to have it. for example compared with the Samsung Oven, in which we can do more things. Finally, sometimes the AutoRelease Dry options doesn't work properly and it is not able to open the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a really quiet dishwasher because my living and kitchen area is one big open room. The first couple of times I ran the dishwasher I got up to look at it to make sure it was still running- it was that quiet. While the low decibel rating was the primary driving factor for purchasing this particular washer, I like that it has a LED display on the front of the washer that shows how much time before the dishes are done. I also like the rack at the top for spatulas and other large, flat cooking utensils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this installed 2 months ago. The 1st thing to happen was the upper dish/glass rack would fall down - literally off the arms that hold it up! So we had Samsung repair out. They replaced one of the arms that holds the upper rack. However, it is still an issue and we need to be VERY sure when we pull out the upper rack that the side rails are attached to the arm. ALL THE TIME. Secondly, I am really unhappy with the drying of the dishes on a normal wash. After a normal wash, the door pops open (supposedly for maximum drying), but dishes/silverware are still wet. I have many Samsung products (TV, laptops, phones, etc), but I can say I am not happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my Samsung Linear Wash Dishwasher and it was a huge upgrade when doing kitchen chores. First off lets talk about how it looks. The dishwasher has a very clean and modern look that fits in with my other stainless steel appliances. The stainless steel is also fingerprint resistant and I have yet to have a single finger print show up! All the controls are also hidden at the top while being easy to read and interact with. However, this dishwasher is not all about ascetics. It also packs a punch while staying whisper quite in operation. Gone are the days of noisy washing in the background and now we can have dinner or watch a movie without having the sound of the dishwasher in the background. On top of super quite aspects the dishwasher has 2 additional features I just LOVE. One is the cycle clock counts down the exact time left on the front so you know how long you have left. Second, if you are not around to open the dishwasher when the cycle is complete the door will automatically pop open to circulate air. This not only keeps your dishwasher from getting musty, but also dries the dishes faster. I can't stress out OUTSTANDING this feature is as you can now run the dishwasher before you leave out of town and not worry about musty clean dishes. The features inside are a strong linear power washing system that features booster settings to get even the dirtiest dishes clean. The inside also features 3 adjustable racks that give you a ton of storage. The bottom rack is designed for larger items like plates, pots, large bowls, etc. The second drawer is designed for smaller items and all your glassware. This drawer adjusts up or down depending on how big your plates are on the bottom. The final drawer is the silverware drawer at the top. I love this setup as it makes it easy to unload, but I could also see people not liking it since it takes more time to load. The drawer is however removable and you can use the silverware basket on the bottom drawer instead. Only negative thing I can even think about is I can't use my large plates plus stemmed/traditional wine glasses and the 3rd drawer due to the height clearances...but that is why they make stemless wine glasses. All and all I am in love with my new upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy after a few months of using this dishwasher. (Replaced a KitchenAid that I loved but finally died after many years.) Love the configurability of the racks and settings so when we're washing pots/pans we can flip down the left-side of lower rack and set to wash extra there, otherwise normal loads of plates are just 1hr including the drying. Additional things we love: third rack/shelf at the top for lids, big spatulas, etc. Really like how it cracks open at the end of the drying cycle (items definitely get drier than my old dishwasher) w/no condensed water as the hot air can escape. We have SmartThings so connecting to that is a nice feature though I don't use too much since I don't really need to control the dishwasher remotely too often. (But good to know if you turn it on and go out, it lets you know it finished successfully.) Honestly wasn't sure about getting a Samsung dishwasher (vs. Bosch or other top brands you see reviews for) but couldn't be happier with it!

this thing does not clean dishes anywhere near as well as my old dishwasher did. often have to run it twice to get things clean. the automatic door release at end of cycle broke after the dishwasher was used only four times. a tech came out to replace the part and said that he was "fixing one of these almost every day." it lasted for two days, and broke again. there are apparently many people with this same problem. the unit is now 10 months old, the door release still works intermittently, but now the much marketed "linear wash" system has completely stopped working, and as a result the dishwasher no longer cleans dishes. what a piece of junk this thing is, i'll now be spending even more money on purchasing an extended warranty for this lemon, because clearly i'm going to need it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dishwasher for 10 months now. It cleans great. I love the features, however I can not give it a 5 star rating. We've had to have it repaired twice. A piece broke off the moving wand in the bottom of the dishwasher and the second time the computer went out. It needs repair again now. This time one of the flaps that closes over the silverware basket has broken off and since the last repair was performed the door now gets in a bind and makes a huge popping noise when you close the door.

I always use the delay start to run it at night to save on electricity but it so quiet, I literally have to touch it to see if it's running ! Also, no need to rinse your plates before placing them in this dishwasher, it does a great job cleaning and drying. Love the sanitizer option too. This is loaded with features and If you want a dishwasher that will handle tough jobs, I recommend this one.

Love the third rack for silverware, frees up a ton of space in the bottom rack so we only have to run the dishwasher a few times a week saving water and energy. Also love that the door opens at the end of the cycle to dry the dishes without using a heating element - another great energy saving feature.

I have had this dishwasher sine June 2023. 2 months after purchasing it I had an intermittent leak around the door. A technician came out and of course he was unable to find it. A few months later I called again because it was getting worse. They came out the second time and replaced the door and door gasket. 3 months later it is leaking again. I continue to get the run around from Samsung customer support and my hard wood has been damaged. Highly disappointed in this product
