This dishwasher outshines all the competition. I love the third shelf and also the opening of the door before the end of the cycle to cool and dry the dishes. So quiet and best of all everything comes out sparkling clean. Suggest fitting by qualified plumber.

I have been more than impressed with the quality and features of this dishwasher. It was quite a few different options for washing, based on preference or need. I LOVE how quiet it is. Sitting not that far from it and I hardly know that it's running. Using the dishwasher with the Samsung SmartThings app takes everything to the next level. I love telling anyone who will listen why I love my smart dishwasher. Thank you Samsung for thoughtful design, functionality and building appliances that make life easier and better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read all the reviews and decided to go for it! You literally have to see the timer on the outside to know it’s working because it’s so quiet. Which I might add I like that feature of the timer on the outside. My dishes come out clean and dry. Although I always rinse my dishes off before I put them in. I was a bit worried about not having heat dry option but this dishwasher dries beautiful and everything is clean. Mot to mention it’s beautiful looking. I would buy again. I did add warranty for piece of mind like I would any appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 8 months ago. Overall does a good job but has to be loaded loosely to get dishes clean. Filter is difficult to replace after removing to clean. Like that door automatically opens when cycle is complete so dishes to not continue to steam. Biggest negative is there are very limited locations with authorized Samsung repair centers who are the only ones who can repair an appliance under warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher in July of 2021. It operates very quietly. I like the timer that is displayed as the cycle is running. The dishwasher is very spacious. Works well with the smart things application for monitoring over wifi.

received fast, no problems so far. very quit. nice and modern design. i had to give a dishwasher to my contractor to install. the center of the front panel could be protected better. i had to add protection myself to avoid scratches. overall it's nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this dishwasher! The pros: 1. It is aesthetically pleasing. Clean lines. No bulky buttons to look at. The timer, when running, Is a pretty color blue and just large enough to see clearly, but not so big as to look tacky. 2. Cleaning the outside is a breeze. It really doesn't show any fingerprints, and if it did it was because my kids had a sticky mess on their fingers. It wipes right off. Again, even those sticky fingers were barely noticeable. 3. It is so quiet! I honestly cannot hear it unless I am right next to it and focusing directly on the machine, and even then it is barely audible. 4. Functionally, it is perfect! Being able to adjust the plate supports is amazing. It is pretty much designed for any type of dish, whether it be large, small, awkward designs, etc. Adjusting the height of the upper and 3rd rack is one of my favorite parts if the design. Samsung has also made it very easy to remove the racks. 5. Connecting to our smarthome is definitely one of my favorites. Being able to know when it is done wherever I am has made it very convenient. 6. Automatic door opening! I love this! I did this with our old washer and I'm so happy that they made this an automatic function. Cons: 1. The only con was the installation, but I can't really blame it on Samsung dishwasher. When we put it in, the process took a little longer due to our cabinet and how it was built with the wiring and floor leveling. If we didn't have those issues, the installation probably would of taken half the time or less to install. I have recommended this dishwasher to all of my friends and will continue!

Do NOT Buy. Less than a year old and the top Nozzle Arm falls off everytime we slide out the top rack. The repairman said he will order a new nozzle arm but it will not matter, the nozzle arm will continue to fall off into the lower rack and dishes. Samsung says they will replace with the same model. We are pursuing a full credit.
