[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently remodeled our kitchen and needed to upgrade our dishwasher. It is unbelievably quiet and at first couldn't even hear it running. Does a fantastic job cleaning the dishes. Also love the connectivity to our network so we get notices when the cycle is finished and the fact that it pops open to let the heat out when finished. Would definitely recommend this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is so great! I never hear it running. My dishes come out super clean. The best part about this dishwasher is how it syncs with my phone and watch. It sends me alerts when I need to run a self clean cycle. It lets me know when the cycles have been completed, and it uses this self opening door feature to open the door just enough to help the dishes dry faster. It also has this 3rd rack up top for smaller pieces like straws, baby pacifiers, or anything that doesn’t fit right in the traditional washing areas. Truly an amazing piece of equipment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Smart Linear Dishwasher is a great addon to my household since my old Dishwasher died after running for 12 years. I love how quiet it is and the way the racks are designed to hold the dishes. My favorite cycle is the 60 minutes quick wash since that is all I need the way we rack our dishes; so a big saving in terms if water and energy. Definitely a great buy and I would recommend this product if you are looking for one.

This dishwasher has had problems since day 1. It intermittently ends the dishwashing cycle within 5 - 10 minutes of starting a normal wash cycle. We are waiting for them to come out a SEVENTH time to "fix" the dishwasher. Customer service has been incredibly unhelpful and inconsiderate of our time (hours on customer service calls, days off work for "repairs", etc), money wasted, and the situation of not having a functional dishwasher for nearly 7 months - each time you call with a problem, it takes roughly 2 weeks to a month for a technician to come out. Other problems included water leaking inside the dishwasher (filling up the bottom of the dishwasher) - they initially made us cut a hole in our BRAND NEW cabinets for to "correct" this, which didn't work. Throughout several months, several technicians came out to fix this, "replacing" this or that part. The problem eventually stopped, but only after multiple trips out to our house, pulling the dishwasher in and out of our brand new cabinets (scratching them). We regret purchasing our appliances through Samsung.

Do not buy this dishwasher. We’ve only owned this unit for 3 years. The leaking error was a constant annoyance that interrupted wash cycles. We thought it to be a trivial annoyance until we decided to replace the unit. The leaking damaged our expensive hardwood floors. I’m talking not just water damage but substantial mold growth beneath the floors. Luckily our subfloor and cabinets were not significantly damaged. But I think I’m done with Samsung kitchen appliances.

It's worth it. *Cleans super, best quality. * Newest technology. * QUIET - Once you turn it on, you have to put your ear next to it to see if it's. --- I would not that will a quartzite counter top, there isn't a away to secure it to anything (unless I misread the install directions.) SOLUTION - We raised the height until it butted up against the (underneath of) countertop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned our Samsung dishwasher for one month. It is by far the best dishwasher that we have ever owned. Very easy to operate. Extremely quiet and it does the job! Also love the Samsung app.

Dishwasher has been leaking from right side of door since February after service for a leak error code. The seal has been replaced 3 times. The door has also been replaced. Dishwasher still leaks from the right side of the door but has not given an leak error since February.
