I love the sleek lines, how quiet the wash cycle is but unfortunately this model doesn't clean nearly as well as it should. I should of gone with a different model. A friend had said the same thing and I should of listened. I have a good mind to contact the manufacturer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot believe I waited this long to upgrade. PROS: -Design - Exterior: The color. I went from a white dishwasher to this Tuscan Stainless Steel unit. In person, the color is not as red, which ended up being a big plus because it blends in with my floors, rugs, and counters. The top control pad is something that I have been looking for quite some time. This unit also has a very minimalist design, which I LOVE. Looking at it is soothing. -Design - Interior: Regarding the actual area where the cleaning takes place, the top silverware/small items tray is what I have wanted for a long time. I no longer have to figure out how to place odd shaped or small lids and containers just right so that they do not fall down to the tub. The one-touch adjustable tines and racks make for a seemingly infinite number of adjustments to fit all the dishes. -Features: 1) AutoRelease Door Dry - The door pops open after washing to help speed up drying. AMAZING! 2) 39 decibels!!!!! In my house, unless you are actively listening for the dishwasher, you do not realize it is running. 3) Linear Wash is a game changer in the dishwasher world. I purposely did not rinse dishes before putting them in just to see how well it would clean. The results were akin to hand-washing, perfect! 4) Hidden front display, in the grey band, that shows the remaining wash time. 5) Speed Booster - Wash with the same efficiency, just faster! 6) WiFi Connectivity - Remotely monitor and control the dishwasher. Fantastic for the times I have to do multiple loads or forget to start it before leaving for work. CONS --Design - Exterior: 1) Despite being the same dimensions as my previous unit, this one does not go all the way back and sticks out. 2) Power cord location. one the front of the unit instead of the back. Thankfully it was just long enough to reach the outlet. 3) Adjustment controls are plastic, would have preferred nylon coated stainless I have to say that I am MOST impressed with this new dishwasher. I had high expectations for it and it exceeded them. The next test will be longevity. Here is too getting at least 10 years out of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dishwasher! We have been using it for a couple of weeks and am extremely impressed with how well it cleans even our dirtiest dishes. I love that it has smart controls and notifies me when it is completed. I love how the door opens when it finishes and lets out all the steam. We have teenage children and they love it as well since they aren't having to practically hand wash dishes before putting them in the dishwasher as they had to do with our previous dishwasher. The dishwasher is also really quiet and I have found the front display of how long is left for the cycle to be very helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been 3 weeks since I took delivery and I'm kicking myself for not buying this sooner! Pros: install was quick and simple by myself, quiet is an understatement (I had my ear against it the first day it ran to make sure it worked), auto open door helps drying so much more than I would have thought, it cleans everything the first time around unlike my last machine Cons: my flatware is fat at the base making loading it in the 3rd rack or the caddy difficult (of the slots on the caddy were bigger or my flatware was a normal size this wouldn't matter), if it experiences a power loss the wifi may mess up and getting it connected again can be a slight pain

The connectivity with Samsung Smartthings is nice to monitor the current wash cycle, self cleaning history. Energy usage, loading guide, and even customize the wash settings.

Bought this dishwasher May 2011, and of course as the 2 year warranty is up I am starting to see issues. The top rack has started to rust away, I only ever wash cups and glasses there (not sharp objects). Not sure what to do now and how to replace but I’ve never had this occur before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this purchase as part of my new kitchen. New overhead microwave/convec oven, dual oven, refrigerator. This dishwasher cleans so much better than my old whirlpool which I thought was good. I can hardly hear it running. Inside racks are thoughfully laid out. Linear wash works great, no dishes missed or have any residue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a world of difference a new dishwasher can do!! This dishwasher has many important features that I would love to touch base on. Some are not necessary but make life easier. First, my dishes repeatedly come out of the dishwasher cleaner than I have seen them before. I really like the dishwasher and all the added bonus features. Lets start with my favorite feature: The Auto Release door. This is a new feature I am seeing added on several dishwashers. My husband always laughs at me before I would always leave the dishwasher door open a crack after it was done to just air dry the dishes better. I love that this is now automatically happening, as if it is reading my mind! Just great feature all around, saves energy useage by allowing the dishes to dry a little more air drying. The flexible 3rd rack is another great addition that is being added to a lot of newer dishwashers. I personally love using this rack for yeti cup lids, coffee cup lids, kid lids. I don't feel like they get clean being put in the silverware tray and I feel most dishwashers they fall through the middle (top) rack. I have found they get really clean in the top tray. I also use this tray for cooking utensils and knifes/sharp objects. So far after many washes that past 2 weeks I have noticed everything getting clean. The bottom rack has adjustable options to change the shape to allow larger or smaller items in the bottom rack. The middle rack adjusts up and down if you need to add taller cups. I like the wine glasses can stand up in this rack and not be sideways. I feel like the linear wash is a very efficient clean. I feel like it really hits every angle and item in the dishwasher to give the best clean possible. The silverware trays are removable if you did not need both you can remove one or both to make more room for larger items. Now the bonus feature I really love, the Smart Connectivity. Just a connivence but I often load the dishwasher get it all ready and want to start it in the evening but forget. This is where this feature comes in handy, I can easily just go to the SmartThings App on my phone and start the dishwasher for me! I can remotely check on the cycle if needed too. One other feature that I low is how quite this dishwasher is. I can barely hear it running except when it is draining water. Overall, very happy with this dishwasher and the clean dishes I have now!

The only reasons I am not giving it 5 stars is that after a couple weeks of use, the door vent feature didn’t open as much and the dishwasher gives off a chemical smell when running. Otherwise it’s amazing!

This dishwasher looks great, has plenty of room for all my dishes, adjustable shelves, and is SO QUIET! With today's "open concept" housing, the kitchen and living room are completely open and I can run the dishwasher while watching TV or visiting with friends without any interference. On top of that, it gets the dishes really clean - no spots or glued on foods! The only drawback is that the cycles are VERY long. I almost always put it on "speed wash" which is a one-hour cycle. the other cycles are two hours or more. However, I highly recommend this unit!!
