It has a sleek modern design that would go with any kitchen decor. It’s roomy and the extra top shelf provides a convenient addition for odd shaped items. I love that you can’t even tell that it’s on because of its quiet innovation. My 1st load cane out of the dishwasher squeaky clean better than my previous dishwasher. One of the best features is it’s app connectivity where you can program the dishwasher to begin a load when you want. I will definitely recommend this Samsung dishwasher to friends and family through word of mouth and social media. My husband agrees with me that we made a great investment in our purchase of this dishwasher. I am overjoyed with excitement about my new dishwasher!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't even tell this machine is running without sticking my ear right next to it. It cleans great too. The regular cycle takes a long time so we usually use the quick 60 minute cycle. Everything comes out looking squeeky clean. The third shelf on top is a keeper. We can wash bigger utensils and lids up there without wasting space on lower shelves. So far, so good. Haven't used the smart features yet, but I'm glad they're there when I want them.

after less than a month of this dishwasher being installed, it started leaking. it looks like the front door doesn't seal properly and as it's washing, there is a puddle of water under it. you would think that after spending so much on the "top of the line" dishwasher you wouldn't have these kinds of defects. also compared to other brands' dish racks these feel very wobbly and don't slide in very smoothly. the next dishwasher will definitely not be a samsung.

have had two repairs made and two replacement dishwashers within less than a year. samsung refuses to pay for the replacements to be re-installed even though the issues are clearly due a manufacturer's defect. first set of issues was due to water leaking out the front door (with both the initial dishwasher and its replacement). then on christmas day it randomly died mid cycle, less than two months after the second replacement dishwasher was professionally installed. but when it actually works, it is whisper quiet and does a great job at cleaning and drying the dishes. if only it didn't need to be worked on every 2-4 months it would be an amazing appliance...

i will never by another samsung appliance. i bought all 6 of my samsung appliances at the same time. this is the second appliance that has needed service in less than 1 year. this dishwasher was installed less then a year ago but since it was purchased in september for new construction it is already out of warrenty and now i have to pay for repair. obviously it is only going to be a matter of time before my other 4 appliances are going to have costly repairs. apparently paying for premium appliances doesn’t mean quality appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is perfect. It’s very quite and washes my dishes throughly. I maybe use the dishwasher at the least 3 times a day. I love the technology and that I can control it from my phone. It’s easy for my kids to load the dishes. With it being summer time, doing the dishes is one of the chores I’ve assigned. Now they can complete that chore with ease including my 7 year old. The appearance of this dishwasher is very eye catching. It’s literally a conversation piece when I have company over. The stainless steel interior gives an elegant look. Samsung I give this product five stars because it has met my expectations plus more. JOB WELL DONE!

I like that it's working quite and washes dishes clean. The most new features I like is tha the door opens when cycle ends. I think it's super cool. Overall the dishwasher is very beautiful made with quality and great design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good dishwasher overall but disappointed with the amount of rewashing we are having to do compared to our older dishwasher. The outer covering also cracked-from what we assume is the heat from the dry cycle-it would’ve cost too much to replace it, so we will deal with it.
