with limited options as far as color (didn't want stainless or black) we were happy to find this tuscan model with such a robust feature set. the dishwasher is super quiet and the wash performance is quite good with a full complement of extras.. the drying performance doesn't match the wash though. i always have to wipe down the top of my mugs before i can put the dishes away. it's been years (two dishwashers back) since i had this problem and i thought maybe it needed an adjustment or something. nope, the rep says that's they way things are. someone mentioned that the absence of a heated dry option may be the reason the mug tops don't dry. whatever the reason, i don't like it. right now, i'm trying to decide whether it's worth the hassle to return this and resume my search.

There are only a couple of moments you even know it is on (when it is draining for example). Best part: The door opens automatically to help with drying. It also sends notification to my phone and tv that it is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great dishwasher and very quite, however one thing that I don't like is that the express wash would take 60 minutes which is a long time comparing with other dishwasher. (Express wash is usually take between 29 minutes up to 40 minutes not 60 minutes)

The Samsung Dishwasher really has made a difference. Dishes can be put in with more grub and come out spotless! The third rack at the top has been a great addition which we never had before. I often put cooking utensils and my cutting knives up there, all of which I use to hand wash. I love the look of it as well! Sleek and shiny with hidden buttons! At first, we were wondering how to press the buttons when closed but soon found out that you set it wash and then close the door. I also enjoy how it opens to air out. In the past, my plastic ware on the top rack would be wet but now, all Tupperware and cups come out dry! Very happy and satisfied with the upgrade!

The top rack was missing hardware when it came out if the box, resulting in having to have a technician come out twice. The rack still does not sit properly and falls frequently. Additionally, my dishes do not come out dry. This is not what I expected from a dishwasher at this price point.

This dishwasher is very quite and has great functionality and ample space for pots and pans of all sizes along with delicate glassware as well. The best part is that it has Smart Control feature and I can get all updates of the different steps as they progress right on my mobile phone.

We usually run it after dinner and people are always commenting on how quiet it is while we watch TV in our great room. The linear wash system does a great job of cleaning the dishes and the best part Is, no spots. I like that I can get notifications on my phone from the Samsung SmartThings app like what part of the cycle it is in and when it completes the wash. The 3rd rack is fantastic for large utensils. Overall, I am overjoyed with my new Samsung dishwasher.

this dishwasher was amazing for 6 weeks. then the bottom stopped washing. i mean, the dishes on the bottom rack were not even wet after a full heavy duty cycle. i scheduled service… and the earliest service appointment was 5 weeks out. so basically, this dishwasher has not worked for as long as it did work. does not give me any confidence in its future which sucks because it was pretty expensive.

The function that opens the door to vent the steam surprised us a little in the beginning, but the drying definitely benefits as a result.
