I highly recommend this product for consumers with a busy household. It is easy to operate and also advises you when it requires a self cleaning. The exterior stainless is very easy to keep clean. The dishwasher is amazingly quiet when operating. I am able to conduct business without a concern for any noise at all. A must have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the dishwasher is ultra quiet--you don't even know it's running. I like the smart feature that lets me know when it's done. I also like the fact that it opens automatically when the cycle is finished. What I don't like is it seems like there needs to be 1/2" more of vertical interior space with that third top rack for silverware. If you have the middle rack on its lowest setting, you can't even fit a full size plate on the bottom rack without the spray arm hitting it. I also figured out that if you don't select "high temp wash" it really doesn't get your dishes clean enough. With that selected, though, I've had no issues with it not getting the dishes clean enough. LOVE the finish which doesn't show fingerprints or anything. Overall, I am very pleased with it, just pointing out all the cons, which the pros outweigh for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The big features that I have loved about this dishwasher and that makes me write this review and recommend this dishwasher are the Flexible 3nd rack really helps when we have more of the big or oversized utensils. The linear wash system provides very good cleaning efficiency and the results are to be experienced. This coupled with the zone and speed booster helps with our typical greasy and sticky pans. The sanitizer mode will be of importance for families with infants and kids at home. The half load option (lower rack only) and Express Cycle – this solved the dilemma of procrastination of using the dishwasher v. doing the quick pans on you own. The express cycle is a very good features for small families. In addition to these it offers 7 different wash cycles and 8 options for your varied needs. The first load that we put this dishwasher to action, was a surprise to us. As we put the wash cycle into motion there was no audible kick start and the entire cycle was real quiet, to the extent we had to put our ears to the door to confirm that it was working. This singular quiet feature made us fall in love with it with this dishwasher Other noteworthy features like the adjustable tines for the odd shaped ones, auto release door for better drying efficiencies especially for plastic ware will be of interest to many differing users. The one I really like is the fingerprint resistant Overall, it’s a great choice of top panel in a dishwasher. This one makes your decision easier, quietly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We couldn't be more thrilled with our new Samsung dishwasher! First off, it looks great. The sleek stainless steel exterior is definitely a step up in terms of aesthetics comapred to our old dishwasher. My only gripe here is that the guys who installed it probably could have pulled it out a half inch further, as when the front door closes the lip of our kitchen counter covers up all of the buttons which reside on the top of the dishwasher door. Definitely not the end of the world, and not a problem with the dishwasher, per se. Other than that, the installation went very quickly and smoothly. The dishwasher is the same size as our old one, but this one definitely feels like it has more room inside it, likely due to the more efficient layout. The slim top rack is great for throwing lids, utensils, etc on. Probably my favorite aspect of the dishwasher is how quiet it is! You can barely tell when it's running. This is a major upgrade for us compared to the last dishwasher. In terms of actual washing performance, this thing has been great so far. Everything comes out completely clean, even dishes that hadn't been fully rinsed off beforehand or had some food stuck to them. Overall, we really love our new dishwasher. It looks great, it's easy to use, it works well, and it has a ton of different features and modes. I'm so glad we decided to go with this Samsung dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is a huge improvement over our last. If it were not for the indicator countdown we wouldn’t even know it was running. The third rack is perfect and being able to adjust the height on the middle deck has been used many more times than expected. Worth the price.

I got this as a replacement to my previous dishwasher and I have to say this dishwasher sucks. The first month the spray arm on the second rack continuously fell off everytime I pulled the rack out to unload the dishes. After having a tech come out to fix it several times, they finally replaced the whole second rack. Then the auto release wouldn’t release the door fully so all the steam went under my countertops. They “fixed” that and the dishwasher worked for a few months and is now no longer connecting to WiFi, not a big deal, but a nice feature, the auto release is not working again and the full rinse aid light is constantly on even though the rinse aid compartment is full. Of course it’s just outside the warranty date and the extended warranty company is refusing to fix it since it’s a replacement unit, even though they confirmed they would prior to replacement.

This one is a replacement for the first one that did not work, and could not be repaired, costing 3 points. It works great when it works! Get the long warranty!

I installed this about a week ago. This is a very quiet dishwasher which we love. The black stainless steel finish makes this a great looking dishwasher. The second rack is adjustable is a plus and we love the 3rd rack for our large utensils. Would absolutely recommend this product to all my friends and family.

The interior is stainless steel (not cheap plastic) and the adjustability of the top rack is very handy. 1. Cleaning Power: with several modes, including an Auto sensing mode, it has the power to handle anything you throw at it. there is even a setting for the front of the lowest rack, a special high-power cleaning blast can focus on that area (pots& pans). 2. NOISE: at first I didn't think this thing was working, but I assure you, if properly installed, you'll never hear this thing, aside from when it drains depending on how your plumbing is 3. DESIGN: very nice exterior look, clean. inside is stuffed full of useful space. i appreciate how they tried to maximize usage while still allowing for water to flow. the drain on the bottom is relatively easy to remove and clean as well, but we rarely have to do that.the controls are easy to use, you don't have to push the buttons very hard, and they are easy to clean 4. The premimum look and feel of this unit is astounding.Quality materials, good fit on seals and mating parts. 5. I love the adjustible height of the large top rack. you use both hands and push the red levers on each side and can literally lift or lower the rack about +/- 1-2" of travel. very handy and something that I have never had or seen before. I recommend this unit to ANYONE. there are several finishes available as well. You won't regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dishwasher is good. I have a few dislikes about it, but for the most parts it's great. The biggest part I hate is how hard it is to understand. It also takes a long time to do cycles, so if this is something you need to do fast washes, you would need something else. I have five kids and I am consistently on the go. I would prefer the dishwasher to be faster HOWEVER, the amount of money this has saved on my electric bill is insane!!! My electric bill was cut by HALF just from switching the dishwasher and the fridge to samsung products. That alone is why I gave an extra star. Overall, it's really a three star rating but the energy saver that it applies makes it a four star perspective.
