[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung dishwasher is so quiet that you don’t even know it’s on. I saw my wife start the dishwasher from her cell phone, and I was at awe. It has a beautiful modern sleek look and the best part is that it’s fungerpr resistant. My wife did a load and when it was done, we noticed the door was open. We looked in the paperwork and it said that it’s for extra drying. The dishes were sparkly when she took them out. I guess the second step is a good feature. This is a strong but sleek dishwasher. Can’t wait to do my dishwasher duties!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes me two or three times of pressing the Power button to turn on the dishwasher, but that's really my only complaint. I wonder if this is a common issue since it really doesn't make any sense that the Power button is the only one I have trouble with on the entire panel. It's incredibly quiet when cycling and I appreciate the various setting options. I love the look of it and the Tuscan Steel color is absolutely gorgeous. I hope to collect the rest of my kitchen appliances in the same color within a year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an identical replacement for a purchase December of '22 which had an issue with the soap door opening. Replaced late last fall, works great so far, time will tell. Dish rack layout not as good as our old machine from another MFR. but works way better. Dishes get cleaner, remarkably quiet. Easy to clean filter.

we started to get error codes, all related to drainage, after about 1 week of use. on two occasions the dishwasher emptied its contents onto the floor. the samsung engineer due to fix it never made contact despite us chasing them. so we arranged for a replacement. we have had the replacement for 2 weeks. we have started getting error codes and again the dishwasher dumped its contents onto the floor. twice. a little research shows i'm not the only one to experience these problems. it'll be replaced by dishwasher from another manufacturer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remodeled my kitchen and bought all new Samsung appliances. I needed a super quiet dishwasher in my new open-concept floorplan and this model was the perfect choice...you can't even hear it running when you step several feet away from it.

The linear wash is those fixed jets as shown at the bottom of the washer pointing to the front. Instead of a rotating arm, the reflector arm is a straight bar across the width of the washer bouncing water upwards. The arm moves front and back on a track. It's very quiet but when the powerful jets are running, it doesn't make a lot of difference. It must be stainless steel on the inside. Plastic is noisier and can hold deposits. The inlet connector and drain hose connector are compatible with Whirlpool and other brands. The installation instructions are probably talking about different things. So there's no installation except for connecting the electrical wires. The machine is rather heavy in comparison so there's no absolute need to install the secure brackets. I saw a review that it's difficult for the inlet hose to go right. Actually, you can rotate the connector to point down and right so the hose just goes right without obstruction. Controls at the top are much more sensible than at the front where you have to stand back a few feet to see or kneel down. Touch buttons don't break. My last one has the bubble buttons that are often the first things to go. It's unforgivable on my kitchen range. It's well known that you just open the door while everything is still hot to dry fast. Now it's a new feature. The spring is flat at the bottom. The door will stay at any position you stop at.

Not easy to program as boost and bottom shelf only is in the same area and instructions don't tell you which one to touch for bottom shelf cleaning only. I have hard water and the bottom of the stainless steel inside gets a white finish after washing dishes and it starts to stink bad. The outside of the stainless steel is so flimsy it keeps getting dent marks when washing my kitchen floors and the handle hits the front of the dishwasher. I never had this happen to other brands of dishwashers I had before this one. I had to get rid of my dishes as they were too tall as the sprayer on top kept hitting them and stayed in one spot. This was the only Samsung I could get at the time. Shortage on electronic chips the cause. I should have gotten the LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 17+ year old Samsung dishwasher that was still working but we wanted to update! Wow is what I have to say about this dishwasher! Wish I had purchased it sooner. It is super quiet and you can hardly tell it is even running. Plus I like how the door pops open before the cycle ends to let out the remaining heat. If you have been on the fence about buying this dishwasher, Do yourself a big favor and just BUY it now!

The delivery guys said that this dishwasher was top of the line and boy they were not kidding. It has superior Cleaning power. The bottom left rack is what they call “Zone Booster” which I believe means more water power is focused on that specific area. Also if you need to there is a Hi-Temp wash feature. Personally I run it on Normal with sanitize selected. The run time is 3:02 but when it gets to 2:52 it jumps to 2:31, not 100% sure of what to make about that. The first time I turned the machine on I checked a few times to make sure it was running. I have never heard a dishwasher (or actually not hear!!!) run this quiet. I watched the display numbers decreasing so I knew it was running. The design is timeless. It will look perfect in your kitchen for years to come. There are no extravagant gadgets that you need to worry about the fad going out of style. All the control buttons except the power button are sensitive to the touch. You only need to press ever so slightly. I opted to keep the sound on so the machine plays a little jingle when it starts and plays another jungle upon completion. This dishwasher has THREE racks!!! Yes 3. The top rack is perfect for the odd shaped items like a spatula or jar lids. The middle rack has three different glass positioning options. I am utilizing the glass and small coffee cup on the left and the glass and large coffee cup on the right. Under the middle rack spins a bar that shoots out water to clean. This rack is also height adjustable if you need to put a large pot on the bottom. The middle rack also has a slight locking feature to prevent the rack from rolling out. The thing I like the best about the bottom rack is how you can fold down some of the plate holders to make the space larger. Lastly on the bottom rack are two large cutlery bins that hold a total of 80 pieces. My dishes and glasses come out of the wash sparkling like new. Would I recommend this product? Absolutely! Would I purchase another Samsung appliance in the future? Absolutely.

we purchased dishwasher in jan 2021 and paid extra for professional installation. since then we have dealt continually with issue of water not draining completely out of machine. first time, the company moved our lines around. this did not fix the problem. now we are being told that the pump on this dishwasher is not strong enough to push water all the way out of machine so water runs back into the bottom after cycle finishes. the recommendation is that we bring someone back out and move all my lines as high up as my cabinets will allow. this was not an issue with previous dishwasher. the only time i can get the samsung to drain completely is when i run a rinse cycle only. if it can drain completely on that cycle why not a regular cycle. definitely would not recommend.
