The dishwasher started leaking and getting error codes. called Samsung technician and after inspection he claims it was damage during delivery also paid for to samsung for delivery. since it happened after 10days after delivery its not covered. The issue can not be seen so no way we could know it was damage on delivery. I bought top of the line dishwasher, range, microwave, dryer and washer. Its surprising after spending almost $5000 they will not cover a faulty top of the line dishwasher. I earlier bought Samsung phone, fridge and TV. I'm so done with Samsung rest of my life.

It looks good, works very well (sparkling dishes) so quiet! You don’t hear a thing! I also like the feature of the door opening when the dishes are done. installed a few days ago and already tested it pretty hard. love the booster mode, there was a mess after air fry and this dishwasher worked at a+, i used the low left part booster mode and the metal rack came out very clean. the capacity is more than required for an average family. wifi feature tell you exactly what it is doing and when it finish. looks and works great!

I am so glad it has the remainder of time left on the front because this dishwasher is so quiet that at first I wasn’t sure if it was running! My old dishwasher was quite noisy. Also, one of the things I like the best is I can do a load of lightly soiled items in an hour. I also like the third small shelf on the very top. Love Samsung products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome dishwasher. The only thing I do not like is the drying process. Dishes do not get dry at all. It is very quiet and gets all the items cleaned really well and no cloudiness in the dishes. If you don't like to towel dry your dishes this is not for you. I love how you will never know this is on. You can even determine when you want the dishwasher to run.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently remodeled our kitchen and needed to upgrade our dishwasher. It is unbelievably quiet and at first couldn't even hear it running. Does a fantastic job cleaning the dishes. Also love the connectivity to our network so we get notices when the cycle is finished and the fact that it pops open to let the heat out when finished. Would definitely recommend this dishwasher.

This dishwasher looks great, has plenty of room for all my dishes, adjustable shelves, and is SO QUIET! With today's "open concept" housing, the kitchen and living room are completely open and I can run the dishwasher while watching TV or visiting with friends without any interference. On top of that, it gets the dishes really clean - no spots or glued on foods! The only drawback is that the cycles are VERY long. I almost always put it on "speed wash" which is a one-hour cycle. the other cycles are two hours or more. However, I highly recommend this unit!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this installed 2 months ago. The 1st thing to happen was the upper dish/glass rack would fall down - literally off the arms that hold it up! So we had Samsung repair out. They replaced one of the arms that holds the upper rack. However, it is still an issue and we need to be VERY sure when we pull out the upper rack that the side rails are attached to the arm. ALL THE TIME. Secondly, I am really unhappy with the drying of the dishes on a normal wash. After a normal wash, the door pops open (supposedly for maximum drying), but dishes/silverware are still wet. I have many Samsung products (TV, laptops, phones, etc), but I can say I am not happy with this purchase.
