[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Samsung dishwasher I have owned. The first one was a super machine so the reason I purchased this one. This one is shaping up to be better than the first one. Super quiet and efficient.

The motor for the water wall did fail after a few years which was really unfortunate, would have been nice if they'd send the part under warranty instead of making you pay for the repair man and then get the part free of charge.

I like the linear wash on the bottom, and the adjustable rack in the middle. Plenty of space for big pots and pans. It's also so quiet! Honestly, you can be standing right next to it and you can barely hear it running.

The buttons did turn on the machine but I was not able to know what cycle was given. The repair person did the repair about a week after we called the problem in. He had the required part to repair the problem. When the repair was done he would not reinstall the unit because as he stated "it is a liability" that he was not wanting to take. I reattached the machine to the cabinet trim myself. After this repair the same issue happened again. The second repair was done about the same as 1st. Dishwasher is now working as it should have to start with. It has been working well for about 3 months.

After a month of use, I've had no issues with how it cleans, and I've come to really appreciate the auto open door because it aids in drying. All around great dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our new Dishwasher in December of 2019. By far it's the best dishwasher we have ever owned. The unit is quite, you will save on water and the utensil shelf on the top makes a huge difference.

Fits pots, pans, the plates and bowls, with the third rack on top for our stainless steel cookware, spatulas, spoons, some knives. And cleans all of them very well. It does take some time to run, but it's well worth the wait. Not to mention the money we save on water!

We had high hopes for this dishwasher, but unfortunately, it's a lemon. We have had to call out service technicians three times for an LC code malfunction. We had wondered why the product was so heavily discounted by Sam's, but believed the "electronics month super sale" type marketing. Caveat emptor -- next time, we will be much more skeptical about such a marked-down bargain. They have our money now, and there's nothing to be done.

Other features we like are the AutoRelease Door for drying, flexible 3rd Rack, and Wi-Fi connectivity. It is worth the extra cost based on our experience with another model from Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As my title has suggested this is the most impressive dishwasher I have ever personally used. There are 3 racks, one for cutlery and spatulas, one for glasses and bowls and one for large items at the bottom. Each rack features a customized lever where you can adjust the width for your dishes as well as a soft close function. The dishwasher is seriously quiet, i cannot tell it's on, im only aware of the time remaining because of the digital countdown on the face of the unit. The settings works well, are seamlessly integrated and allow for heavy wash settings. I think this is a quality machine that out performs much more expensive units on the market.
