[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the top tray to clean silverware and knives. I seldom use the provided basket which gives me more room for other dishes. The storm wash is handy for cleaning my air fryer baskets and trays and other items that i used to hand scrub. I'm still getting use to the door popping open. I may not need my Clean/Dirty magnet any more. I frequently use the height adjustment on the second rack. This surprised me.But now I can put saucers and desert plates in the second rack making room for larger items on the bottom. 1 month, so far so good. This machine feels bigger than my previous model. I suspect it is the 3rd rack and adjustable 2nd rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how beautiful this dishwasher is. The balck stainless outside, stainless steel inside look gorgeous. The unit is so quiet I'm amazed. The smart features in the Smart things app are amazing, see picture. They are actually very useful. As I walk up to bed I can simple ask Bixby or Google assistant to start the dish washer. It also shows you how much time is left on the wash, allows you to save settings and cycles. It even has a dishwasher tab counter to help order more soap tabs when needed! You can even send it schedules to self clean itself. This dishwasher is our new favorite thing in our kitchen. Everyone who comes by is always asking about it and asking to look at it inside and out. I have never had a dishwasher do that before. Also the recessed handle on the model we went with makes it more elegant and blends in better with the cabinets around it. It also is much safer for those with little ones because they won't hang on it and possibly fall. Best purchase ever we are very please with our new dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher. It is quiet, it cleans. The app is easy to use, I love that the door opens to finish drying. I am not in love with the rack designs, but I am figuring out what works best for our dishes.. it isn't a deal breaker, but it is different than our old designs and I find it odd for putting cups and bowls in. Could just be we have large cups and bowls, but again I care more about them getting clean. I have put in pans that I cooked meatloaf in and they come out clean.. no soaking needed. That makes it great in my book.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a GE that was less than a year old with this Samsung after having many issues with the GE one. The Samsung is significantly a better dishwasher in both function and noticeably better quality construction.

First impression was not great - the racks seem flimsy and don't glide well, and the instructions are not good, even having some conflicting information. But finally none of that was a problem, and I gotta give 5 stars because it cleans the dishes so well, while being energy efficient. And the nice feature of popping open so the dishes can dry naturally, which makes sense since I usually run it overnight, so why waste energy and bake the dishes to dry. For the times when I run it in the middle of the day, the Smart Dry feature also works well.

My favorite part is when it’s done the door pops open and let me know it’s finished and when the dishes will be ready to take out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher to replace the one that came with my new home build. I expected a better experience, but wow, this dishwasher is hands down the best dishwasher I've own so far. The finish is sleek and elegant, and perfectly matches other black stainless-steel appliances from Samsung. I love the fact that the control buttons are on top of the dishwasher and not the front, it just makes it look so much nicer than anything else. It does get fingerprints on the finish, but it's less noticeable than other stainless-steel appliances I've own. One of the reason's you buy this dishwasher is for Smart Things integration, which works great. Connecting it to Smart Things is simple and it's nice to get notifications, especially when you can't quite remember if you turned on the dishwasher the night before. Outside of checking the status of the dishwasher, you can make adjustments, but you need to turn on the smart control feature on first. The AutoRelease Door is awesome, it opens quietly and lets out a lot of the moister. By the time the drying cycle is done, the dishes are super dry, It's amazing. The cleaning performance is top notch. Historically, I've pre-cleaning dishes since my other dishwashers haven't been able to clean dirty dishes well. This dishwasher is able to clean those dirty dishes I would never dream of putting in my old dishwasher. I've tried the normal, heavy, and express options, they all seem to do a great job. For reference, I did keep the same dishwasher cleaning pod as my last dishwasher. It's also really, really quiet. My previous dishwashers were so loud, I would never turn it on during the day, I just couldn't listen to music, have a conversation, or watch TV (Open floor plan). It's so quiet, I often forget it's even on when I turn it on during the day and it's why I call it the cleaning ninja. It's just so nice to be able to turn it on any time of the day and not have to wait until the night to run the dishwasher. The 3rd top rack is nice to get all your utensils clean, it does take more time to load the utensils on the 3rd rack, but they come out so clean. I leave a space between each utensil and I've never had an issue. The 2nd rack has 2 heigh settings, which allows you to either have more space for the 1st or 2nd. I've left it on the lower setting, giving more room on the 2nd rack. Plates on the first rack can either be set to be very vertical, but I've found that leaning them gives me the best results.

Love that I can do specific trays for a wash and not the whole thing, when I just want all the glasses washed. Low on electricity, which is nice in this climate, very pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quiet! My family will not notice it is on, but there is a time countdown display, so you can see it's running. There are many menu options. The regular cycles are long (2 hours), but there is a 1 hour quick cycle, cleans very well, but doesn't dry everything (like the tupperware lids) using the quick cycle. With the regular cycles everything dries, which is amazing. It is very sleek and modern. The inside has options to fold down prongs and a high upper third roll out for spatchulas. I can aslo place stem wine glasses and large water bottles on top rack. Overall, it is the best dishwasher I've owned and I'm very happy with it.
