It is insanely quiet, I can’t even tell when it’s running unless I look at the display that shows the remaining run time. The install was very straight forward, and it is set up to work with my other Samsung appliances through thr SmartThings app. This thing cleans great, and I love the option for drying, as well as how it pops open the door when the cycle is complete in order to allow the dishes to dry completely. It was used to replace a Whirlpool dishwasher that was new when we bought our new house in 2017. This new dishwasher cleans and dries significantly better, even using the same detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look, its super quiet, and the dishes come out super clean. Downside is they use RXO for delivery and installation in my area. The delivery was weeks late and the delivery team clearly had no clue what they were doing to install it, and now my brand new dishwasher also leaks from under the front door, so Samsung is sending a replacement. Fingers crossed the delivery team knows what they're doing and this one doesn't leak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher looks so great in my kitchen. The black stainless steel is sleek and elegant. The StormWash feature really gets a work out clean our dishes, but it ability to clean from so many angles means the dishes come out super clean. I love that I can run the dishwasher anytime of day and not hear it - no worries about the noise if I am working, chatting on the phone, or watching a movie. I hated finding wet dishes in my last dishwasher when I was ready to put them away, but the SmartDry with auto-release door makes such a difference on this unit. The dishes are always fully dry.

The Samsung online purchase experience was easy and the delivery and haul out was great. I installed the dishwash myself and it took about longer to unpack and gather the tools than to install. We've been using it for over a month. The kids are lazy and don't rinse their plates that well, or at all, this dishwash leaves clean dishes regardless. it is super quiet and the dishes are clean and dry when I go to grab them... What else can I ask for? If this review isn't updated later then I guess you can say it's lasted.

Purchased this dishwasher in Black Stainless in February 2025. I upgraded from a GE dishwasher purchased in 1988, so I was definitely expecting a better cleaning experience, but this thing is incredible. I have affectionately nicknamed it Harry Houdini as it makes food, grime, grease, etc disappear with little to no pre-wash or rinsing required. I installed this dishwasher myself and it was extremely simple. I do wish important cycles, such as Self-Clean, were available directly on the dishwasher as opposed to only in SmartThings. Regardless, so far I'm ecstatic with my dishwasher purchased.

The only minor point of contention that we have found is that there is not quite the height clearance due to the silverware shelf on top. Still quite manageable and only pointing it out so that others may need.

I do not hand wash my dishes. I wash small loads too! The water bill did not go up. I'm thrilled. What more is there to say!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as advertised, however the "Black Stainless Steel" color doesn't match the "Charcoal Black" glass panels of my Bespoke fridge. In addition, the "Matt Black Steel" panels won't match my dishwasher color either. So now I'm stuck with mix matched appliances. I won't purchase this brand again.

Absolutely disappointing experience. I have bought this dishwasher 2 months ago, one leg collapsed and does not hold the weight of the dishwasher, the selector for wine glasses or coffee mugs is falling off, the water distributor underneath the middle rack is falling off constantly, and the third rack has 2 broken pieces that divides utensils. Very frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My amazement at how well this dishwasher cleans is expected considering Samsung's track record for producing high-quality items. In fact, Samsung now controls the entire space in my kitchen. The dishwasher runs quietly at 42 decibels, so it doesn't interfere with our television viewing. We don't have to run as frequently because it has a far higher interior capacity than my previous one (have a household of 4). To make room for plates on the bottom rack, silverware or Tupperware lids can be kept on the third rack. On this rack, I wish there was a little bit more room for small bowls. Taller objects can be accommodated by raising or lowering the central rack. It features a Stormwash mode that cleans even the toughest of crusted food particles on the plate, despite the fact that we try to semi-clean the plates before we put them in. Taller objects can be accommodated by adjusting the center rack. Wine glasses, water bottles, and coffee mugs all fit nicely with it. The glasses and dishes are always spotless. It has an ingenious energy-saving function that aids in drying the dishwasher by opening it so that they may dry naturally.
