[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dishwasher for over a month now and had had zero issues and it has a good number of racks and capacity for all types of dishes. All dishes have been cleaned appropriately, and the machine is super quiet while running to the point I have to check that it is still on sometimes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so quiet - incredibly quiet - that you have to get near to tell if it is on. I thought a dishwasher was just a dishwasher until this thing showed up. Sure, it cleans dishes. But, this looks great, fits the decor of the kitchen and runs in total stealth mode. When you have an open concept, well, the noise of a "normal" dishwasher can drown out conversations in the living room or even the TV. Not this guy. Turn it on and it will whisper sweet nothings to those dishes to get them clean. It is so quiet, that we have opened it while it was running, thinking it was off. The fact that I can monitor it and the Samsung fridge on the SmartThings app is also pretty cool. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded to this model from another Samsung model and honestly, this is a HUGE difference. The racks are pretty much customizable to what your needs are and you can even adjust the stick up things on the bottom. Overall, a pretty quiet machine, our only issue is sometimes water is left on the top of the glasses which is probably our fault. We use cascade and don't have any spot issues and no etching problems.

I liked how well it cleaned and I must have forgotten that it had the feature to pop open the door at the end of the cycle to help dry the dishes. I was SUPER impressed. I also connected it to my phone not thinking I would need that but love how it notified me when the cycle was done. Love it! I was provided a discount on this dishwasher to provide an honest review of it.

Drives me nuts with trays that come off the track to easy or are too light. Basket is balanced withour needing to worry about it tipping when emptying. Washer pops open at end of cycle to let out steam which is nice. Still figuring out the delay wash setup ,but otherwise very good dishwasher.

It is a very modern, beautiful design, perfect matching for our kitchen and the recessed handle makes it more elegant. This is another Samsung appliance, and we love it. The dishwasher is quiet that you don't even know that is working and that is amazing, efficient, and smart! I love that we can add all our Samsung appliances in one app. I love this smart thing when I can start, stop,or delay the dishwashing cycle. Timer that is displayed showing us the time when the cycle will be completed is also very convenient. Three rack system is amazing. The upper rack for cutlery is very useful and we can load more items. We can also use the basket but when we have more items the basket can be easily removed from the dishwasher and we can load more items. This is very useful after some parties. One rack is adjustable and it also helps us with loading bigger items and not washing by hand. Stormwash+system works excellent with all hard-to-clean items just simply we need to put that item above the stormwash wheel. We have also option a quick 60 minute cycle for not so dirty items or smaller loads.  This dishwasher is also energy star certified so it means saving on energy and water with each cycle. This is the best dishwasher I ever had and really love it!

I have had the dishwasher for 13 months. The rinse arm under the middle basket continues to fall off even after reattaching. Overall the dishwasher sucks. It does not wash completely nor does it dry completely. Most of the time the dishes come out dirty and still wet even after sitting over night. What makes it worse is the terrible customer service from Samsung. Replacing people to address concerns with robots and automation is not the way to go. It is extremely difficult to get ahold of a human being at Samsung. Once you finally reach someone, you are bounced around until someone bothers to help. No one takes responsibility and the representatives give you a number to call.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is a much-needed update from my old dishwasher that was no longer effectively cleaning my dishes. It has so many convenient features. It is very spacious with 3 racks instead of the usual 2. The top rack is convenient for larger and longer utensils as well as smaller items. The racks are also adjustable to accommodate large dishes and/or pots and pans. It has several wash cycles and options, including a 60-minute express wash and a StormWash feature to target dishes that need more intense cleaning. It is also so quiet, I can't hear it at all when it is running. Besides my dishes coming out sparkling clean now, my favorite upgrade is the ability to connect to Samsung's SmartThings app with Wi-Fi. I get notifications on my TV when the cycle is finished and the dishwasher door also auto-releases at the end of the cycle, so no guessing on whether or not I forgot to turn it on.  Overall, I'm very pleased with this dishwasher and its efficiency. Samsung has outdone itself again with this appliance and I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher roughly 1 month ago and I couldn't be happier with it. It replaced a 12 year old Amanda dishwasher that was plastic and was loud enough that when it was on, we had to turn the TV volume up in order to hear the TV. The touch interface is really nice and the different setting work really well. The wash quality from my old dish washer to this one was night and day, I am able to fit everything I did in my old dish washer plus more. We use chopsticks a lot and having the third utensils rack is a blessing. No more. Trying to find space on the grates to place the chopsticks so they don't fall through and stop the waster from rotating. Delivery service was A++ as well, can in took away the old washer and dropped the new one off. Easy and old took 10 minutes. All hookups worked with my existing setup and it was extremely easy to install, so I saved money on the installation. There are tons of Samsung dishwasher tutorials online and if you feel comfortable enough to do it, it's not a long process.
