[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a GE that was less than a year old with this Samsung after having many issues with the GE one. The Samsung is significantly a better dishwasher in both function and noticeably better quality construction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this right before Thanksgiving and I am so pleased. It cleans well and the dishes are actually dry. Door pops open when finished and I get a notification on my phone, tv, and watch that my cycle is complete. Also I love the third track for long utensils. Great dishwasher!

Dishwasher works great! Had it for over 6 months now. What sucked was the logistics company they use to deliver and install. First they delivered and almost just left it in my living room since they said they did not have the installation kit. I made them move it down to the garage as i was not going to have that thing sitting in my living room for who knows how long. Good thing i did since it took 5 visits from the logistics company to finally install it. First they did not have the kit, 2nd and 3rd guy also did not have the kit despite it being noted on the order slip all this time, 4th guy had the wrong kit, and finally 5th guy installed it and he was bragging about it but i reminded him that this was the 5th visit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought about two months ago. Quiet. Removed the 3rd or top rack as not needed and for extra top rack room. I like the handware ("silverware") slots on the removable swivel tops that separate individual forks and spoons for better cleaning atop the handware basket. And basket cut-outs allow basket placement across the lower dish rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace another Samsung dishwasher that was 8 months old (it was a flush mount model which kept cracking). This model is a bit louder than the previous model and the racks feel a bit loose when pulling them out or pushing them back in. It does do a good job cleaning the dishes and overall I am satisfied with it.

We have run this continuously since my extended family is here and we have mountains of dishes. Through all of its washing cycles I tend to forget the dishwasher is on since it is SO QUIET! We were even washing dishes during the big Thanksgiving games and didn’t even realize the washer was running. This a a HUGE improvement over my old dishwasher and the smart things App makes it even better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher roughly 1 month ago and I couldn’t be happier with it. It replaced a 12 year old Amanda dishwasher that was plastic and was loud enough that when it was on, we had to turn the TV volume up in order to hear the TV. The touch interface is really nice and the different setting work really well. The wash quality from my old dish washer to this one was night and day, I am able to fit everything I did in my old dish washer plus more. We use chopsticks a lot and having the third utensils rack is a blessing. No more. Trying to find space on the grates to place the chopsticks so they don’t fall through and stop the waster from rotating. Delivery service was A++ as well, can in took away the old washer and dropped the new one off. Easy and old took 10 minutes. All hookups worked with my existing setup and it was extremely easy to install, so I saved money on the installation. There are tons of Samsung dishwasher tutorials online and if you feel comfortable enough to do it, it’s not a long process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the new features this dishwasher has! I can customize a special dishwasher cleaning cycle using the app. This disheasher is exceptionally quiet and sends me a text message when it has finished clening and drying the dishes.
