[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung and own several Samsung items that connect with their Smart Things iOS app, which I appreciate. I had high hopes for this dishwasher due to it's modern design and technical features, such as its ultra quiet running, auto dry/opening of the door. The third flat rack also seemed like a nice feature. I installed the unit myself and it was not difficult to do. Took me about one hour between removing my old unit and installing the new. It seamlessly hooked up to WiFi via the Smart Things Samsung app. The dishwasher's black stainless exterior is gorgeous and all stainless interior tub is the best way to go! Where this unit falls flat, is the racks. The racks seem to be pretty cheap and my wife and I are still figuring out the best way to load all our dishes into it. I did have to call Samsung support after installation because I could not get the unit to work. Turns out the child lock was on, so it was a simple fix. Support was easy and quick to get on the phone. Apparently they are available 24/7 through text as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took extra time to make sure I put this dishwasher through its paces. I have a demanding household that is centered around the kitchen. We are cookers and need rely on our dishwasher to get things clean quickly without the need to prewash, or rewash. And this one does the work with ease. StormWash is amazing and attacks everything we have given it, all while being almost completely quiet. At times, I needed to jump up and check just to make sure it was running, that's how quiet it is. Another big addition is the Smart Dry system with automatic door release. The ability for this unit to pop the door open and vent steam also allows for fresh air to circulate through and make sure every bit of water has been taken care of. Finally, the addition of WiFi and SmartThings integration has added a level situational awareness to our house that has help tremendously. Status of the cycle shows up on my Samsung TV, Samsung Refrigerator and Samsung phones. This allows my family to quickly cycle through the next load of dishes that need to be washed. This dishwasher has left us needing or wanting nothing more from an appliance and we look forward to much more use over the next few years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung StormWash+ is both a beautiful and highly functional dishwasher. I LOVE the sleek look with the recessed handle, hidden buttons and classy digital display. No longer do I have to worry about hitting the start button simply by leaning against the counter! The interior racks are well organized to hold so many dishes, and the top drawer designed for silverware and utensils is awesome. Everything comes out clean and spotless, and the feature of the door opening automatically when the cycle is complete is ingenious. Last, but not least, this is by far the quietest dishwasher ever. I cannot recommend this Samsung dishwasher highly enough, as it lives up to all of its claims -- there's not a thing I'd change about its design or performance.

I expected a better experience, but wow, this dishwasher is hands down the best dishwasher I've own so far. The finish is sleek and elegant, and perfectly matches other black stainless-steel appliances from Samsung. I love the fact that the control buttons are on top of the dishwasher and not the front, it just makes it look so much nicer than anything else. It does get fingerprints on the finish, but it's less noticeable than other stainless-steel appliances I've own. One of the reason's you buy this dishwasher is for Smart Things integration, which works great. Connecting it to Smart Things is simple and it's nice to get notifications, especially when you can't quite remember if you turned on the dishwasher the night before. Outside of checking the status of the dishwasher, you can make adjustments, but you need to turn on the smart control feature on first. The AutoRelease Door is awesome, it opens quietly and lets out a lot of the moister. By the time the drying cycle is done, the dishes are super dry, It's amazing. The cleaning performance is top notch. Historically, I've pre-cleaning dishes since my other dishwashers haven't been able to clean dirty dishes well. This dishwasher is able to clean those dirty dishes I would never dream of putting in my old dishwasher. I've tried the normal, heavy, and express options, they all seem to do a great job. For reference, I did keep the same dishwasher cleaning pod as my last dishwasher. It's also really, really quiet. My previous dishwashers were so loud, I would never turn it on during the day, I just couldn't listen to music, have a conversation, or watch TV (Open floor plan). It's so quiet, I often forget it's even on when I turn it on during the day and it's why I call it the cleaning ninja. It's just so nice to be able to turn it on any time of the day and not have to wait until the night to run the dishwasher. The 3rd top rack is nice to get all your utensils clean, it does take more time to load the utensils on the 3rd rack, but they come out so clean. I leave a space between each utensil and I've never had an issue. The 2nd rack has 2 heigh settings, which allows you to either have more space for the 1st or 2nd. I've left it on the lower setting, giving more room on the 2nd rack. Plates on the first rack can either be set to be very vertical, but I've found that leaning them gives me the best results.

That one was so loud I could not even watch TV while it was running. This dishwasher is whisper quiet, it also has settings to wash later or smaller loads. I love that it has a 3rd rack at the top for silverware, this is a great way to add more space inside for more dishware. It also has a stormwash feature that can be used to blast something that really needs some extra help getting clean. I also like that this dishwasher automatically opens the door when the dishes are done to help with the drying. if someone is looking for a great high end dishwasher, this is the one to get.
