Drives me nuts with trays that come off the track to easy or are too light. Basket is balanced withour needing to worry about it tipping when emptying. Washer pops open at end of cycle to let out steam which is nice. Still figuring out the delay wash setup ,but otherwise very good dishwasher.

I have had the dishwasher for 13 months. The rinse arm under the middle basket continues to fall off even after reattaching. Overall the dishwasher sucks. It does not wash completely nor does it dry completely. Most of the time the dishes come out dirty and still wet even after sitting over night. What makes it worse is the terrible customer service from Samsung. Replacing people to address concerns with robots and automation is not the way to go. It is extremely difficult to get ahold of a human being at Samsung. Once you finally reach someone, you are bounced around until someone bothers to help. No one takes responsibility and the representatives give you a number to call.

The Samsung online purchase experience was easy and the delivery and haul out was great. I installed the dishwash myself and it took about longer to unpack and gather the tools than to install. We've been using it for over a month. The kids are lazy and don't rinse their plates that well, or at all, this dishwash leaves clean dishes regardless. it is super quiet and the dishes are clean and dry when I go to grab them... What else can I ask for? If this review isn't updated later then I guess you can say it's lasted.

We wanted something that was efficient but also that provided connectivity through our Samsung Ecosystem. This Dishwasher delivers. The interior size is just right. Enough space to put all things and more, smart controllers that makes washing easier and simple. The top controllers provide an easy-to-navigate experience. The menu is easy to read and understand with very clear buttons that are illuminated and accessible. The sound (or lack of) is mind blowing. its pretty hard to realize that it is actually running but the front display lights let you know what the status is. This provides an amazingly quiet experience that allow us to run it at nght. The anti-finger print feature works as promised. This feature helps with the aesthetics of the area and makes it look always clean. Interior space and distribution allow more more things to be run once. Therefore less cycles needed. Not only its spacious but it's smart enough to regulate certain things (smart functions) to save water, clean better and run smoother. connectivity is also super valuable. We know when its running or ended, when we need more detergent pods and can even set it up via the app. This gets extra points if you are within the Samsun Ecosystem (smarthings) which then makes all the products be seamlessly connected. If you are looking for a product that performs well, looks great and stays connected, you'll be extremely happy with it.

It has features that my previous one did not have to my delight. The third top rack for small items, the adjustable middle rack and the separators on the bottom rack that can be up or down (in sections) make life so much easier. It talks to my phone and all of my other Samsung products are Alexa/Echo attached for convenience. Can life get any easier in the kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our SamsungSmart Dishwasher with StormWash+™ 42dBA with Smart Dry and recessed handle in Stainless Steel and we weren't able to install it right away because of the way our old dishwasher and the flooring had been installed in our 30+ year old house. It was impossible to remove the old dishwasher without removing tile so we had to have our flooring guy come out to remove tile, install the dishwasher and replace tile. As luck would have it, the previous owners had left some of the flooring tile behind and there was just enough to replace the tile we had to remove. Our old dishwasher was made and installed in 1999 so this one is quite a difference. The 42dBA is so much quieter we can barely tell it's on. We get notified on our phones and the TVs when the cycle is complete. We never used a rinse aid in the old dishwasher and would never had remembered to refill it if we had but this one lets us know when it's time to refill. It also let us know it was time to run a self-clean cycle. As that's one of the download cycles , my husband couldn't find it on the machine itself and so he went over to our Four-Door Flex with Family Hub and looked it up and was able to download the cycle and run it from the refrigerator. Integrated appliances. We love the adjustable middle rack and have used it in both positions several times. The StormWash+ has worked well on pots with spaghetti sauce and the like. It's easier to load than our old dishwasher and pots and pans fit better. My husband really likes the slots for flatware. All in all we are really enjoying our new Samsung dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in dire need of an updated one for my previous model was out of commission after four years of use. My first impression of the new Samsung dishwasher was that it was sleek and looks like it can hold a whole lot. We do have a big household so that is a plus. I love the different options it has as well. After a few uses, the dishwasher didn't seem roomy enough, so I took out the utensil rack on the bottom rack and utilized the very top rack. After finding out how to arrange the utensils on the top rack, it was a game changer. LOVE how clean and organized it is. It is SO quiet. The only thing I would change about this dishwasher is for it to have a dry option by itself. Also- there is a slight delay when choosing the options. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

I'll start with the pros. 1) Its so very quiet 2) It does an amazing job cleaning the dishes. 3) The fingerprint resistant stainless steel is amazing! 4) The auto-open door feature is spectacular and aids in the drying tremendously. Now for the cons: 1) The lower rack has tines that on the left side can be folded into make that area flat, but the design to transition between upright and flat is flawed. When I'm loading pretty much anything on that side, the tines are CONSTANTLY falling inwards to the flat option, which isn't ideal when anything separated by the tines. 2) As mentioned in other reviews, when you raise the middle rack, the door doesn't close. 3) I was hoping with the 3rd rack on top, I'd be able to fit more in it, but the reality is that since that pushes the middle rack down, it actually fits less, since I can't put items that are taller in the bottom rack, items that used to fit fine in my old dishwasher no longer fit in this one at all. Overall, its a very nice dishwasher, but I think my hopes were up too high, and it fell a little flat.

Our dishes are SO much cleaner than they were with our old dishwasher. This unit is extremely quiet and the third rack for utensils is more useful than I thought it was going to be. The Wifi capability is nice because my phone lets me know when the cycle if finished, but it isn't a feature that we really use. I highly recommend this dishwasher.
