It used to look white yellowish powder, but the last 3 bottles I reordered recently in the last 2 months the color is brown. This new one doesn't taste like ginger spice anymore, even if I use twice the amount. I ended up not be able to use it. I don't know how to let them know that this new product is not good and need to go back to the previous product manufacturer just a few months ago.

We use a lot of spices and herbs in our cooking. This is the most economical price we have found for the product. Wish even more variety.

I bought it because they didn’t have the fresh one and it didn’t have any ginger taste at all. Waste of money and I returned it to the store.
