Ginger is great w/smoothies, soups and so on, but fresh ginger is not always on hand. This is excellent for cooking and when you just need a pinch of that ginger zing!

This Ginger has a much milder flavor compared to non-organic Ginger. That's important to me because i use this often to assist with a chronic medical condition. The price is the best I've found among major retailers. Coupled with the high quality, it's a win!

I love this organic ground ginger from Member's Mark. It has a wonderful aroma and flavor that adds a spicy kick to any dish. I use it for baking, cooking, and making tea. I couldn't find it on the shelf so I ordered it online. Sam's employee said it was there with the other spices. Anyway I'm glad I did it. I was really after the bottles(got cinnamon too) these bottles fit on my shelves. I transferred the spices to empty spice jars

I do a lot of smoking meats and grinding my own meats. I use Member's Mark spices exclusively. Great flavor and very consistent grinding.

Good for Quick Snack and not really to bad for you..Taste is pretty good. Great for a quick pick me up.

This was my second purchase of this product, the first one I had not even opened. This one I had gave to a family member and they reported that they could not get the lid off. I later tried mine and have not been able to get my lid off either. My family member was able to after a whole bunch of different methods to get the lid off. I will be returning mines for an exchange.

I really wanted to like this. It works in pumpkin pie, but seems like allot of fiber, not tastes. You gota use a bunch in stir fry. Like allot! Sams used to have great ginger. It was yelliw, not darker brown. This is usable, but pay attention and taste. You will need allot more then recipie calls for if using in stir frys etc. baking you use same.
