I love ginger! It is a very healthy way to lower inflammation. I add a half teaspoon to my hot chocolate/coffee mixture each day. It is soooo gooood! I love the glass bottles. The labels come off easily without leaving sticky residue. This makes it easy to use the empty bottle for other things like my own dried herbs. I love I can reuse the packaging. There are many recipes from Asian dishes to cookies that use ginger. The organic ginger from Sam's is a great price, so buy some for your culinary endeavors and your health!

Ginger in a big container is not advised, because ginger is used in small portions.

Ginger is great w/smoothies, soups and so on, but fresh ginger is not always on hand. This is excellent for cooking and when you just need a pinch of that ginger zing!

This jar was so difficult to open we had 3 different able-bodied adults use all their strength with no success. Sticking a knife in to pry it open is impossible as well; the lid is too tight to fit a needle through. Two of us spent so long trying to open it we have wrist/nerve pain several days later. I've dealt with difficult to open jars before but take my word for it I've never seen anything like this in my life. This is not a talenti jar situation this lid is like fused with the glass or something. The idea of an older person or someone with arthritis trying to open this is laughable and might be dangerous. Please fix your product this is ridiculous

It used to look white yellowish powder, but the last 3 bottles I reordered recently in the last 2 months the color is brown. This new one doesn't taste like ginger spice anymore, even if I use twice the amount. I ended up not be able to use it. I don't know how to let them know that this new product is not good and need to go back to the previous product manufacturer just a few months ago.

This is a huge amount for a great price, especially organic.
