I initially purchased these because of the lifetime warranty. After two trips I had a large crack in the big suitcase. I contacted Sam’s Club, and within three days I had a brand new set at my door. I would highly recommend these due to the life time warranty, and incredible customer service regarding their warranty.

I needed a new checked bag for a work trip and honestly thought this one was going to get pretty banged up because of the price. I was happily surprised to find that not only were the bags spacious and easy to pack, they also survived several days of changing hotels, rental cars, and whatever happens to them at the airport without getting a single scratch!

Nice luggage but they both leaked around the zippers during rain at Denver's airport. Clothing not in packing cubes got wet. Part of it was the Denver baggage handlers' fault for not covering the luggage trucks. Drying lots of clothes was not a fun way to begin a long-awaited vacation.

Bought this set. The zipper was basic / lower quality and would not hold up long with airport travel if you pack heavy. Better quality on the market for the price.

Cheap cheap cheap. Don’t waste money. Didn’t have for a month and cracked. Tried to see what Sams “members mark guarantee” for it is and customer service told me would not take it back.

This inexpensive luggage set has been convenient so far. I have only used it on one trip, but the structure has held up. The smaller one even got dropped and took a trip down the escalator with no obvious damage!

Can’t go wrong with this suitcase. We have away luggage and paid so much money for it and my friend thought I just brought another away luggage. Quality and style is excellent.

I researched the materials and all are top grade. We’ve taken our first trip and it performed beautifully. We also like the Sam’s Club lifetime guarantee on the Members Mark products.
