These luggage pieces are really good quality for the price. Can't beat the lifetime warranty either. I haven't seen any other company offer a lifetime warranty. Samsonite only offers 10yr. Also this is 100% polycarbonate and not ABS. It will last and the roll just glides. I actually bought 3 sets. 2 for my wife and I and 1 for my brother who's not a club member.

Just returned from an 2-week international trip and the luggage worked so well during my trip. I packed lots of things for the trip and the luggage still had extra room for laundry bags. The size is perfect and they are easy to grab off the baggage claim carousel. It's fantastic:)

Probably the best set of hard case luggage set around for the price and quality. This is the 3rd set we have purchased for the family. The wheels are very sturdy and roll very well even on the streets of busy cities like Edinburgh and Tokyo. The large suitcase are within the measurements of even the lower cost carriers where the nickel and dime you for everything. The smaller suitcase is no issue as a carry on. Definitely recommend these sets of luggage.

The luggage set was delivered in a beaten box, almost as if it were a returned item. Sure enough the biggest one (the smaller was nested inside the bigger) was shattered on the bottom (see pictures). I didn't return it because I needed for a trip right away. I don't expect to last long given that initial damage and the notorious lack of care the airports and airlines show while handling the luggage.

I bought this set in April of 2023 and liked it very much. I've used it for a dozen overnight trips a few hours away in our vehicle, and three weeklong cross country trips by air. It has not done well on the longer trips, not having a chance against when in checked baggage. I lost the two legs on one side, leaving sharp screws sticking out. It was too late to get new luggage, so I used the wonder repair Duct Tape. The last trip was the last straw. The scratch at the top corner was broken wide open and I can't trust it for another trip. There was a lot I liked about the case, the size, the wheels, the pockets inside, the inside zippers and the material lining. Sorry it didn't last longer.

It did great until we got it off the luggage carrousel damaged.

I am currently on an international trip and carryon bag has a crack near the handle. This is the first time using this bag on a trip and I haven’t even made it back home without with cracking on the first trip.

If there was an option of Zero Star, that's what I would've picked. We had used so many suitcases in the past but never this bad. We bought this in May of 2023. Immediately out of first flight journey, one of the side black stand broke. The next day into the cruise ship, the top right side broke. coming out of the cruise ship, side next to the wheel broke. we had to wrap the suitcase to bring it back home. it's very flimsy and worst material used. I never expected this poor quality and built from SAMS CLUB. I lodged a complaint last year over the chat and the lady confirmed, she will refund the money immediately. but it's been more than a year, they have taken no action against it. Again, never expected such poor customer service from SAMS CLUB either. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THE MEMBERMARK LUGGAGE PRODUCTS. THEY ARE ALL MADE OF SAME CHEAP MATERIALS.

I bought this set Aug of 2023, it seemed durable, lots of decent reviews but when I first used it May of 2024, a dent in the corner followed by a crack in the large, checked suitcase. The exterior shell is no longer intact. I have tried to get a refund or even a new one but the two times I have called today; 5/29, I was placed on hold and hung up on both times. Definitely not satisfied. I am no longer a member due to no available gas station in my area but with this kind of customer service, I may never be one again.

I never set the combination lock. I arrived at airport with the same code 000 and I guess with them throwing the bags around someone moved the code and my bags locked up. When I got home to open my bags with the 000 it wouldn’t open. I had to cut the bag open because I had medicine in my bag. No one to contact to help and that wasn’t good.
