The zipper doesn’t operate smoothly

Great 2 pc set. I travel for a living and needed a new set of luggage. This was priced right so I figured I would give it a try. I found it to be very well made, sturdy, and easy to wheel around. I just purchased 2 more sets for my adult kids

We bought this set for my son who is away at college. When he unboxed them, his first reaction was "these are really nice!" When he brought them home, my first reaction was "there are really nice!"

I really like this set. I recently used it on a trip, and both pieces fared beautifully The wheels glide over carpeted areas. They are lightweight, so I was not concerned about overpacking.

This is a review of an initial observation of the luggage. So, consider it Day 1 review. 1. The luggage seems high quality, all round. The inside is amazing on both the small and larger luggage with even a pouch to place toiletries. 2. Both luggage come with luggage tags. Like the larger luggage, the smaller (carry on) luggage is expandable as well and comes with a synthetic removable thin bag presumably for shoes. 3. The 28" luggage is indeed large (not "compact" large, but not very large). Just don't expect it to be large luggage in a mid-size frame. 4. I am deducting 1 star as: a) I have no short or long term experience with the luggage. b) Because the light color luggage makes dirt (and potentially scruffs) highly visible. For this reason, I VERY STRONGLY ADVISE getting only the black, blue and purple colors; avoid the pink and neutral which are light colors!

Exceeded my expectations. Very well-made and the large suitcase rolls with ease when fully loaded.
