I appreciate that it is top 9 allergen free because there are certain ingredients I try to avoid. It has a good thickness and feels filling. This makes it simple and convenient to have an option I can grab and go. Its also a perfect night time snack before bed since the protein is filling and hits that sweet tooth itch.

The texture is a bit thicker than others but worth the trade off. There is no grittiness like you can sometimes get with plant based shakes. This is a great on the go option. It’s easy to throw in a bag for when you need a protein boost during the day or at the gym. It sits well on my stomach. The flavor is pretty good. I enjoyed drinking this shake and will drink these in the future.

It's dairy free. Gluten free. And vegan friendly. I didn't notice a change in my energy level from just one drink. And honestly I personally didn't like this. Though it had a chocolatey taste to it. It had a chalky taste as well. It was packaged in a carton type packaging. And to mix it with another drink or any other product to supplement a meal I didn't find necessary. I wouldn't personally recommend this to anyone.
