[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you #influenster and #owyn I will say I was surprised with this protein shake, as a person whose on a loose weight journey, on keto , sometimes drinking protein shakes this one surprised me, I was hesitant to drink it because I been on a break from them because the last one I took from another brand was clumpy and it just killed all of them for me, but I drank it, and it was good, smooth good chocolate flavor, a little to thin, it filled me up but not for a long time I can't say I felt full for a while, but I did like it had 32g of protein which is awesome, I think I will buy more and drink it as a meal replacement for lunch or dinner like I did with this one and it worked great, I also want to see if there's more flavors not just chocolate or vanilla, but I do recommend, the flavor was very good, not fake tasting or powder tasting like most.

Immediately get a chocolate chalky taste. I was more concerned with the taste which isnt appealing to me. Love that level of protein and no sugar. I also like the fact it is dairy free.

Its taste is very similar to soy milk, and even though it's sugar-free, it's too sweet for me. It's made from plants, I repeat, ideal if you can't consume lactose.

But it's really unpleasant and hard to get down. The macros aren't horrible but I track my calories and at 200 calories for 32 grams of protein, I can get a much lower calorie drink for the same results that tastes better. The package is pretty standard and definitely convenient. But sadly I can't recommend this drink … unless maybe you can't consume dairy products and this is the best you're gonna get.
