Daity free is nice because I have had to go less dairy recently and id a great option to meet my protien goals. It does have a sweet after tast that im not sure if I am a fan of.

Almost every plant based protein shake tastes chalky but this one was much more tolerable than others I have tried. It's hard to get rid of that chalky after taste but if you drink it fast and have a chaser it's fine. I did not get a break out from taking this so I know it good for my whey allergy.

I would recommend this shake if you're in need of a protein drink/smoothie this is a good option I usually put a little on my coffee and it tastes good it has 32G protein. Would recommend 100%
