The flavor is sweet and chocolaty without any added sugar. The texture is smooth and non-gritty which is exactly what I want in my protein shakes. Added bonus that it is vegan too! I will be stocking my gym bag with these for an energized recovery post-Pilates!

It was very good compared to many other protein shakes I've had, especially dairy free ones. This drink is free of most allergens. It contains no dairy, no wheat, no shellfish, no fish, no eggs, no sesame, and no nuts or tree nuts. It also contains no sweeteners, artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols, so it is free from erythritol and stevia. This shake provides you with protein and fiber. I use it as a meal replacement or post workout treat, and it keeps me full for a few hours. It contains 200 calories, 300mg of potassium, 7 grams of fat and 32 grams of protein. The sodium is higher than I'd like at 350mg, but I would drink it 4-5 times a week.

It gives me good, clean energy, sits well on my stomach, and digestion has been easy with no bloating. The texture is thick and creamy, and the chocolate flavor is actually good not chalky. It is on the sweeter side, but in a nice, satisfying way.

The texture was a little too thick for my taste, but that was easily remedied by adding water. I drank half before my Pilates class and half after. Didn’t feel nauseous or like it sat heavy during my class. There’s a small artificial sugar taste when drinking it, but it didn’t leave a weird aftertaste. I like that it doesn’t have dairy whey in it, as that can cause acne. I prefer protein bars to drinks (they’re a little more filling) but would definitely purchase this one for some on-the-go protein. Definitely recommend!!

My brain registered it as "spoiled brownie batter." It is smooth and creamy like a shake, but the taste and aftertaste is so bad. I was only able to manage a few sips before giving up. This is not for me.

I even pour them in my coffee as a substitute for creamer. It’s such a better alternative bc it has 32 grams of protein and it’s dairy free. I will definitely be trying out the other flavors.

Other products have about 100 ingredients. This one does not. It’s dairy free and sugar free which is also a very big positive. The only real negative is that the stevia does leave a bit of an aftertaste. Though it’s not my favorite tasting shake I would still on occasion choose it for the better ingredients.

Calories are decent for the amount of protein you are getting in the serving. No issues with digestion if anything feel it helps. Recommend to those who do not want dairy products.
