It’s rich and chocolatey as ever, especially compared to a lot of other brands that can taste chalky or overly sweet. I already consume OWYN on my own, so reviewing this was an easy choice for me. As someone who’s lactose intolerant, this digests super easily and never upsets my stomach, which is a huge win. It also mixes perfectly, and I use it all the time in my morning espresso drinks for an easy protein boost. It always hits the spot. This will definitely continue to be my go-to.

The texture is smooth, the chocolate flavor is rich without being too sweet, and it’s a convenient option before or after a workout. It also works well as a lighter meal when you need something quick and filling.

The chocolate flavor was not very forward and I could taste stevia more than anything. I do like that it was plant protein, as there are not many options available for that. Definitely good for post-workout recovery.

Texturally it was similar to any other protein that I’ve ever had / enjoyed but I typically drink whey proteins and this had a terrible flavor in it that I could not get past. I will say, my husband enjoyed it.

I like that it’s rich and creamy and quite filling. It’s ready to go with substantial amounts of protein and nutritional ingredients, without the mess or blender required. That being said I found it to Have an aftertaste in spite of the sweet taste. It keeps you satisfied for a while but not really my cup of tea.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shake hits a rich chocolate taste with moderate sweetness thanks to monk fruit, decent solubility though it can be thick if not shaken well, is free of common allergens which is a big plus, has a creamy texture that’s filling, and uses clean plant-based ingredients without artificial junk. Overall a solid 4 star protein option.

I’m always reaching for something quick and easy and I loved that this was! However, I’m not a big fan of the taste and I’m not sure I would purchase this product. It was very good compared to many other protein shakes I've had, especially dairy free ones. This drink is free of most allergens. It contains no dairy, no wheat, no shellfish, no fish, no eggs, no sesame, and no nuts or tree nuts. It also contains no sweeteners, artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols, so it is free from erythritol and stevia. This shake provides you with protein and fiber. I use it as a meal replacement or post workout treat, and it keeps me full for a few hours. It contains 200 calories, 300mg of potassium, 7 grams of fat and 32 grams of protein. The sodium is higher than I'd like at 350mg, but I would drink it 4-5 times a week.
