One note, I drank it warm after a walk and noticed that the taste was a little different. Not bad just different than the ones I’m used to. I love the amount of protein it contains. This dairy free “chocolate” shake was perfect for a quick breakfast and if you need to chug something to get your macros in. The ingredients were all things i know of and can pronounce - i took off 1 start for the gums. You can taste this but i know it’s necessary for freshness. If they can somehow make a new formula without gums i’m sold fully. If you are used to the stevia after taste this will not bother you but i think this is perfect immediately after a gym session or in your bag for a quick lunch or breakfast when you don’t have anything prepped. i typically blend and make my protein shakes at home, if this is not an option for you- i recommend to try this!

However, because of the thickness, I did feel like it needed to be watered down a bit for my liking and I didn’t find myself full for very long.
