This product is my favorite so far, high protein, no sugar, good value for money. It is really effective for muscle growth, maintaining energy during the workout. Great taste, smooth texture, and not overly sweet, which I really appreciate. I even used it to make a chia pudding and it turned out amazing super creamy and flavorful and oh! I was actually surprised at how well I liked this. I have been one to drink the other brand, but really want to get away from the artificial sweeteners. I have not been a fan of the chocolate in that brand, but it was my only option here, so I tried it. It definitly is thicker (close to a milkshake) but thay doesn't bother me. Hoepfully, Sam's will carry more flavors soon!
