It said that the taste was not all that bad but it was kind of good not chalky. Positive notes it’s 0 grams of sugar so people watching their sugar intake this would be a recommendation for them to try. It’s nice and think as well as gluten and dairy free. Just shake and drink! Plant based 200 calories 32 grams of protein. He said he would be interested in trying other flavors due to him not being big on chocolate. So he will be looking into vanilla to try in future.

Even though there is no milk, it tastes just like a thick glass of chocolate milk. Delicious tasting and very clean ingredients. The 32gr protein ones are much thicker than the 20 gr ones. Additionally it has o u certificate that makes it kosher which is great . Ingredients are good it works well for me has a great texture and no after taste. Comes in a nice black bottle that helps against uv damaging which is a plus.
