The taste was good and it has pretty good ingredients for being plant-based. I mixed it in with my other protein shake in the morning and it tasted great.

The macros on it are really good especially for a plant-based ready to drink shake with 200 calories, 32 g of protein, 6 g of fat and carbs. Unlike whey protein however it also has 6 g of fiber which is really important in most people are lacking. The texture is very good it's not gritty or anything and it's very convenient to just grab and go since it's already made drink. It is however very important to vigorously shake as recommended before you drink to get everything that may have settled mixed back up. This is my favorite plant-based protein company and the chocolate is my favorite flavor of the elite pro series.

However, because of the thickness, I did feel like it needed to be watered down a bit for my liking and I didn’t find myself full for very long.

I started blending it with Siggis vanilla yogurt, ice, frozen berries and peanut butter. Now it’s a favorite for a great protein smoothie. The individual packaging is the perfect size to start your morning full of fuel.

The ingredient list is impressive, and I appreciate how much protein it offers. Unfortunately, I just couldn’t get past the taste. It had a chalky texture and a strange aftertaste that made it hard to finish the bottle. I know everyone’s taste buds are different, so it might work for others, but it wasn’t a good fit for me.

Texturally it’s alright, smooth not chunky. Wouldn’t buy for myself tho. The packaging is also very flimsy as the spout broke off a little causing my drink to leak.
