I can have it room temperature or cold. Cold is best, but room temperature is perfectly fine. I don't like Owyn 20's much though. But I'm glad I tried them because they are so much better and have more protein. I have one or two a day, usually for breakfast, lunch, or as a late night snack when I have a chocolate craving.
