It definitely checks the boxes for being a well-made, healthy option for a protein shake. It also settled well on my stomach for the morning. However, I could barely tolerate getting it down. The pea protein flavor is strong, and there isn't a lot of sweetness, which is a good thing, but I'd rather try to get my protein from actual food. Health wise, this is a great option. Taste wise, not the best. It tastes like it's healthy...in a bad way.

I’m not sure if they reformulated but i remember their shakes being some one my favorite non whey protein products. If you just care about protein than it’s fine, it’s bearable if you chug. Not gritty and would probably be fine in a smoothie, but on its own it leaves more to be desired

But after the drink I think the initial flavor is good, there’s a slightly artificial aftertaste that lingers. It’s not overpowering, but it’s noticeable. The added Omega-3, prebiotics, and superfood greens are a huge plus. It’s great to get extra nutrients in a convenient shake. It’s thicker than other proteins shake out there.
