We've tried this product a few times and it has been very convenient to have on hand when we need to skip a lunch break and have something nutritionally dense while continuing to work in front of the computer. It has many more nutrient dense ingredients than most others by comparison. We LOVE their Greens Blend of Spinach, Kale, and Broccolli included! And it contains a high amount of protein (if not the most, in comparison to others). We would like to see it offered in other flavors, but until then, this chocolate flavor is always in stock in the refrigerator (best to drink cold, and add a little cold water if too thick).

I love that they’re plant-based with 32g of protein and 0g of sugar. I usually have one after my workouts and it keeps me full for a while. Plus, they don’t upset my stomach like other protein shakes sometimes do. Definitely a favorite!

Unfortunately, it just didn’t work for me. The consistency was totally fine, but the flavor tasted quite artificial and not enjoyable. I really wanted to like it, but sadly, it’s not something I’d reach for again.

It is a plant based protein of their own blend, which the label says is made up of pea protein, pumpkin seed protein, and flax seed oil. Overall it has 32g of protein and 200 calories. It does contain monk fruit and stevia as the sweetener. Based on the label it is one of those drinks trying to jump on every buzzword and diet trend currently happening. It is in one of those tetra coated cardboard containers. Which means it is not recyclable and that it does not stand up straight and has to be laid on it's side because the bottom folded flaps create an irregular bottom. Flavor wise it is fine, I probably could not distinguish it from any other premade chocolate protein shake. That sort of off chocolate taste, with a slight after taste. It is a little more protein, but also a little more expensive than other brands. It is still probably more cost effective to get a tub of powder and make your own. But if you are looking for premade ones to have on hand this isn't bad. It will mainly come down to your personal dietary requirements if this would be a good option for you or not.
