It tastes good and chocolatey at first, but the aftertaste is very heavy in soy flavor and there’s some bitterness in the aftertaste as well. The consistency of the shake is good and it is well mixed. The calorie to protein ratio is also good. I just am not a fan of the flavor at all. There’s better vegan products out there. I would not purchase this for myself.

Second the packaging: the paper was so think, the liquid inside does absorb slowly to it. Third Textured: it left a weird feeling in the tongue, not confortable at all. Last the effectiveness: after try one bottle, my stomach feel bloated and gas alot, i dont like it, not at all.
