Most protein shakes can be bothersome to my stomach when eating them on an empty stomach, but I had no trouble with this one. The only downside was after which I couldn’t tolerate enough to finish the sample. It was very smooth and probably will go great when paired with coffee.

I would drink this straight up after a workout but also love adding it to my smoothie as a liquid base for added protein. It’s the right consistency and delivers on providing an easy way to get more protein. As a vegetarian this is great for me and I will purchase in the future!

A little thick for my taste, but if I add some ice and combine in my blender, this flavor is VERY good! If you like really thick out of the bottle shakes, you will love these. If not, you may have to dilute slightly. thanks you!!
