Best thing I liked about it is, it’s packed with 32 g of clean, plant-based protein, zero sugar, zero carb and is allergen-free. Also vegan-friendly, so a versatile drink! And guilt free protein shake which is great for post-workout or on-the-go.

These shakes were the easiest way to get enough protein during that time!!! This is great if you're looking for something to grab out of the refrigerator and drink on the go. I found them to taste best when they were super cold - I'd dump one in a cup with ice and drink with a straw. Best protein shakes I've had yet.

It was easy to take with me in my purse for work and I complimented it with a fruit salad. I think for the purpose of keeping a "clean" protein option, it wouldn't be bad, but I was not a fan.

With clean Ingredients it fit my macros for the day and was a perfect snack that held me for the day till I got home.

I had heard good things about this brand, especially the plant protein version, because it has 32 grams of protein, which is great! I have only seen a maximum of 20 grams of plant protein drink in the market. The texture was smooth, the taste was ok. Not terrible, yet not too delicious either. Which I am ok with, given the amount of amazing ingredients it contained. If you are looking for a drink with higher plant protein content, definitely give this a try. I am going to pick up a full case of this.

The texture is creamy—not chalky like some plant proteins. I like the clean ingredients, and it’s easy on my stomach. Great post-workout option, and it mixes well with just water or almond milk.
