This shake is smooth and creamy with a velvety silken texture. I enjoy both vanilla and chocolate flavors as well as the whopping 35 grams of plant-based protein. As an added benefit there is Zero sugar. The best plant-based protein shake on the market.

It has an artificial, hard-to-describe flavor. The texture is too thick and sticky — not smooth or refreshing at all. It felt kind of heavy and powdery. Even the color looked unappetizing, like watered-down powder. One thing I did like is the packaging — it’s very convenient, easy to take on the go, and doesn’t leak. I appreciate the no sugar and clean ingredients, but overall, the taste and consistency just aren’t for me. I won’t be buying it again.

I bought these as an alternative to FairLife products. They have a very high level of protein for such a small size. My wife made me have one as punishment for buying them. When I went to drink it, I tipped up the container and nothing came out. I had to wait several seconds for the drink to reach the mouth of the container. And when it did, the taste was not great.
