Much better than just protein powder in water, somehow. My only issue with it is I want less waste. It's a ton of plastic to basically just throw out. I don't know what the solution is, but I feel really bad about all the plastic.

It has a very thick consistency, which was very heavy on my stomach. It doesn't contain sugar, but it feels quite sweet. I didn't like that much because I'm not used to eating such sweet things because the amount of protein it contains is good. Otherwise, I didn't like it much.

This one is zero sugar so I was skeptical, but it tastes as amazing as the other ones I have had. It’s a great brand for anyone that has food sensitivity, and wants protein or honestly anyone that wants to make their body feel good.

I'll never buy these again. These are so thick that they wont even pour out of the carton, you have to squeeze it. The only way I can drink these is in a smoothie with fruit, peanut butter, dairy free milk, and ice to water it down. They really gross me out.

I like this shake as it doesn't have any soy. Trying to find products without soy has been a true journey. I am highly allergic to soy so this was awesome. I thought it tasted fine and it wasn't thick like some are saying. I wonder if they stored it wrong either in the store or at home. All in all, I like it.

It’s great that it has 32g of protein but there are better tasting protein shakes out there (Fairlife!!) that have comparable amount of protein.

It is sugar-free, but I found it to be sickeningly sweet from the monk fruit sweetener and also left a bad artificial aftertaste and dry feeling in my mouth. The shake is thick like a milkshake. The ingredients look great and the nutrition panel is good. Love that it is dairy-free and allergen friendly. If the taste is acceptable to you, then this would be a good option for vegan protein.
