[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The OWYN Pro Elite 32g Protein Shake is a really convenient option for getting in some serious protein, especially if you’re dairy-free or plant-based. I tried the chocolate flavor and was honestly surprised, it’s smooth, not too thick, and doesn’t have that weird aftertaste that a lot of vegan shakes tend to have. The 32g of protein is impressive for a ready-to-drink shake, and the fact that it has zero sugar is a big plus if you’re watching your intake. It’s not overly sweet, which I actually prefer, and it still has a decent chocolate flavor. It’s not exactly a dessert, but it’s satisfying, and I didn’t feel bloated or heavy after drinking it. I also like that it’s free from common allergens—no dairy, soy, or gluten—which makes it feel like a safer option for a lot of people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owyn Pro Elite Plant-Based Protein Shake (32g) is actually a solid option if you're looking for a high-protein, dairy-free drink. It has a crazy amount of plant protein—32 grams per bottle—which is great for post-workout recovery or just staying full during busy school days. It’s totally vegan, has no added sugar, and includes omega-3s and probiotics, which is a nice bonus. The taste is decent, especially if you chill it—vanilla is a bit sweet and chocolate is more classic. The only thing is the texture can be super thick, almost like pudding if you don’t shake it enough. Also, I’ve read that some people had allergic reactions to the pea protein or seed ingredients, so it’s something to be aware of if you have sensitivities. Overall, it’s a good choice if you want a clean, plant-based shake with serious protein, but maybe try one first before committing to a whole case.

I would drink this straight up after a workout but also love adding it to my smoothie as a liquid base for added protein. It’s the right consistency and delivers on providing an easy way to get more protein. As a vegetarian this is great for me and I will purchase in the future!
