The flavor is very good and it’s not too sweet. I like it. Very effective on the morning before work, it’s just those days when you need protein and a little bit of extra energy and this is great.

I got some at a different store at a dollar store and am almost out of them. I am picky on protein but these aren't bad .. especially considering that they are plant based and all the other check boxes I never bother to look for, lol. I will be going to my local Sam's club to get some soon.

It is a plant based protein of their own blend, which the label says is made up of pea protein, pumpkin seed protein, and flax seed oil. Overall it has 32g of protein and 200 calories. It does contain monk fruit and stevia as the sweetener. Based on the label it is one of those drinks trying to jump on every buzzword and diet trend currently happening. It is in one of those tetra coated cardboard containers. Which means it is not recyclable and that it does not stand up straight and has to be laid on it's side because the bottom folded flaps create an irregular bottom. Flavor wise it is fine, I probably could not distinguish it from any other premade chocolate protein shake. That sort of off chocolate taste, with a slight after taste. It is a little more protein, but also a little more expensive than other brands. It is still probably more cost effective to get a tub of powder and make your own. But if you are looking for premade ones to have on hand this isn't bad. It will mainly come down to your personal dietary requirements if this would be a good option for you or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good macros but poor taste, chalky/sludgy texture. Only good thing was the protein to calorie ratio but no good flavors or texture. Easy packaging to take on the go and effective for a meal substitute but would not go for it.

I'll never buy these again. These are so thick that they wont even pour out of the carton, you have to squeeze it. The only way I can drink these is in a smoothie with fruit, peanut butter, dairy free milk, and ice to water it down. They really gross me out.

But the taste has so many question marks. It tastes so protein-y shake kinda taste. And left a very strong after taste. Not a fan personally but again if I was building muscle this wouldve been a great source!
